Every went great. Company was very prompt in providing an estimate, work was done same day after accepting proposal. Arrived a few minutes early and got right to work. My house was 100% clean, all signs of dirt, mildew and mold were gone. Did an excellent job! Will definitely hire again.

Can and gave me a quote that day i called and came back the same day. The owner was a friendly guy and pleasant to talk to; also answered all my questions in a joy manner. Did more than i asked for , which i was pleased with (spread a few spots and did the pathway). Usually do not go for services that offer a coupon (because of other bad experiences in the past) but everything went well. They did use my water (i know that other reviews said they used their own water).

I was very pleased with the services.. I was really pleased that they used their own water and didn't use my line to make my water bill go up

The young man showed up on time for our appointment and did a complete walk around of my home. He showed me all of my problem areas and told me what he would do to take care of them. He took his his time and cleaned the entire house and was very thorough. He seemed to take great pride in his work.

S&j first came out and gave me a free quote the first day. Then I requested their services. They arrived promptly on time the day of service and Explained exactly what he had to do to the house and went to work. Mr Mariner came out to our building and quoted us on his work. The price was well in our budget which we had several other companies come out and gave us outrages pricing. He pressure washed our Car Lot here at All Cars Inc and used some products that brought my building looking brand new again. My sidewalk had gum and several other materials that were hard to get rid of my basic wash. He came out with his equipment and clean the side walks around my building making it look more pleasant again. He stated all that he would do before he started the job and was a man of his work and guaranteed his work. I would recommend this company to anybody looking to get anything cleaned dealing with water.
