Good. on time cleaned in a timely manner

One of her workers broke my clock and never offered to pay for it.

I bought service a couple weeks before Thanksgiving hoping to have some cleaning done by then. I was contacted immediately, but from then on despite leaving my home phone, cell phone and e-mail, found it impossible to get responses from them. They told me they were booked but would try to get something worked out and would call back. They never did. Finally after over a month trying to work something out, I scheduled the first cleaning at the beginning of January. They did not show. When I called and told them I was going to request a refund, they said that a dispatch error was the reason they had not come and begged for another chance, offering an additional 10 free hours. They did show for the next appointment sending 3 cleaners. The next time I scheduled they sent an e-mail the night before saying there was a family emergency and they would not be there. Came with two workers for the next scheduled time. The final time I scheduled them they did arrive with 3 workers on time, but sat in my driveway for over 45 minutes because they had not packed their supplies. All together 6 different ladies cleaned at my house. The quality of cleaning varied from meticulous by some to sloppy by others. They did uncomplainingly redo areas that I pointed out that had not been done well, but I don't feel that I should have had to tell them to dust night stands and move objects rather than dust around them. Overall, it was a disappointing and frustrating experience for me. I used the 20 hours I paid for but will not call them back for the additional promised 10. I will say that they were always polite and respectful. I have seen similar comments from others on this website so I know I am not alone in feeling that this company must become much more responsive and responsible for promised work.

I let things slide for 2 months. S&J were thorough, professional and made suggestions. They cleaned the refrigerator. That alone won my heart. It was well worth the money. I am thinking seriously about hiring them on a regular basis. It is so nice to have a clean home! They did such a good job.

Everything went great. S&J arrived right in the time window provided, and they worked hard to get everything clean throughout the house. Selena and the rest of the cleaners were awesome, and my house looks fantastic now.

I have never rated a service lower than this one. I hired S&J Professional Cleaning to clean a 900 sq foot empty rental unit. The walls had just been painted (no wall washing needed), the floors in all rooms except the bath had been redone and cleaned (meaning only damp mop in 90% of the unit was needed). The whole thing went badly. I bought a $99, four hour cleaning package. 3 people showed up on time, but began bickering the moment they got out of the car. They had forgotten to bring certain items needed for cleaning. They called me to check their work twice, both times, one staff member was doing nothing but standing in the kitchen. They barely cleaned the bathroom floor, and did a poor job on the tub. I ended up scrubbing the tub and floor myself later. They did a passable job on the outside of the stove, but didn't bother to life the cooktop and clean. The didn't bother to wipe out the kitchen cupboards like I asked. I took photos of the bathroom and cupboards and stove. The worst part was that I got an email from S&J saying that I owed an extra $300.00. You bought the 4 hour 99.00 package. How that works is 4 hours for 1 person, 2 hours for 2 people, and so forth. On the 28th of January we sent a team of 3 cleaners to your home for your clean witch started at 9:30AM AND ENDED AT 2:00PM. You received 2 and 30 minutes of clean time more than what you paid for. Each additional hour is 40.00 per hour per cleaner, that's a 100.00 for 2 hours and 30 minutes of extra clean time per cleaner, your total balance for the extra cleaning time is 300.00. How would you like to pay that, cash, credit card, or check? Please let me know as soon as possible, if you have any questions please feel free to email or call me @ (262)599-2703!!! It boggles my mind. I replied, saying I would pay them for 2 more hours, at $40 each hour, for a total of $80. I got several more emails, each asking for slightly less money. When I didn't bite on each, slightly less amount, I got an email saying that I had gotten a 'deep cleaning' on my property, but had only paid for a 'basic', and that cleaning a stove and refrigerator was extra. I replied, saying that no one had brought any of this up before the cleaning started, in writing or verbally. When I asked for a list of items that the cleaning crew did and how long it took, I did get a list, but it included items that were not requested, nor were they done, such as washing all the walls. It did not include time that each item took. I questioned the list, but restated that I would pay for 2 extra hours, I asked them twice to send me an address to where I could mail a check. The S&J cleaners were wonderful. They did vacuuming and floor washing primarily. I was very happy with the result, and I purchased a second visit with them in late fall that still needs to take place. I have not yet scheduled that second cleaning; I have to still select a date.

Fair. The cleaning could have been more thorough.

I requested morning service and reminded them with a phone message the week before. I had a dentist appointment at 3:00. When they didn't call by 9:00 I called and was told they would be here at 1:00. I told them I was not happy but had to go with it. Two people showed up at 1:00 and started working. An hour later two more people showed up. They worked till 3:00 and did an awesome job. I feel I got my monies worth and more.

We had scheduled two visits. The first was marginal. The second was very good. The first visit we had 2 people. One of the two was on orientation and observed quite abit rather than work. The second visit we also had 2 people but very very good. People at 2nd visit different
