These people are con-men. Owner came over couple times and gave me detailed explanation and a bit for work. I gave him several hundred dollars upfront....not whole price of the job, and never saw him again. I texted him several times and he would always give me an excuse and tell me he was on his way, or would be over next day, and he never showed up. Currently working on with KCPD and just what i can read between lines on the little they are telling me, i get the impression they are working on a sting to nail him. Hope so.
