Our neighbor has a large tree with root system over our main sewer line, so we have root encroachment that we have to periodically clean out. I've had Skalberg out twice to do this, and both times they've been exceptionally punctual and professional, both on the phone scheduling the service and doing the service itself.

Both times I called and received a return call within an hour to set up a time for Brian to come to my house. Brian is able to quickly assess what needs to be done, and works quickly and keeps a neat workspace. His prices are fair, and he is very personable - I'd have to guess that many of his clients are feeling stressed when he comes, and he seems sensitive to this.

He came on Saturday morning,made sure my drain was up to code and cleaned it out.
