Appointment was set-up for 5:00 PM and appointment was started at 6:30 PM per phone call that I made. John was sorry for the misunderstanding and work was completed in a reasonable amount of time. The job was executed well, the work was detailed that all parts of the project were done with very good results. I would recommend John to any project related to mounting a TV set on the wall.
