I have use Tri state Alpha Solutions for numerous services at my home. Hot water tank installation and removal. Whole house filter installation, basement pump,garbage disposal. Complete bathroom gut and remodel. Painting interior of house , installation of house generator to electrical panel. Building and Adding an attic in garage rafters and shelving storage system. Outdoor lighting and electrical outlets. Numerous electrical upgrades and plumbing repairs. All work completed was done promptly and professionally.

I will never call anyone else again. I had two big companies come out and they were so concerned about selling a new system before even checking to see what was wrong with my AC. I was so hot. Concerned about my animals too. They did not care on a personal level at all. Joseph had my air working in a hour and I found out that I was misinformed on what was wrong with the AC. He was very professional. Took the tine to explain everything. Competitive rates and cared. I called him my angel. This person rates way above five stars.

To anyone else who may be reading this, be very careful of people just trying to sell new units, 8/10 times they’re just not good technicians, and do not want to use their heads, just trying to get into your pockets to make a bigger sale. Me, personally, I’m more into gaining trust and keeping my clients satisfied..........that’s where the big money lies, because you will always feel comfortable calling me to come fix anything around your home/business. It went really well. Especially considering it was his first electric water heater he installed. Had to run electrical from the panel into the next room. Had to shut off pipes, cap some pipes, and set up the new machine. All things considered it went really well.
