I had exterior wood trim and asbestos shingles repaired, the entire house painted and a roof vent put in. Kyle and his crew did a great job working on my house and got everything done quickly in spite of high temps and wildfire smoke. My house looks so nice!

John & the staff were excellent. Easy to communicate with through text & voice. John came the first time to do measurements and provided product recommendations. Once I purchased the recommendation, John came out 2 days after, on time, and did the work. He was professional; made adjustments during the work around the ladder moulding, and cleaned up after himself. Would absolutely recommend and return.

We hired Doug King of SMK Property Maintenance to complete our deck project. The work was originally scheduled to begin on October 14 but did not commence until November 4, and the project was not completed until December 10. What should have been a straightforward undertaking extended to nearly two months. During the process, we were advised to order the wrong product, which was subsequently installed and could not be returned. As a result, the deck?s initial appearance was unsatisfactory. There was lot of miscommunication between him and his contractors. We ended up with two different contractors and the second one completed To his credit, Doug corrected the issue by having the incorrect boards removed and replacing them with the proper materials. However, this required us to purchase the correct materials ourselves, further delaying the project. While the finished deck ultimately looks excellent, the overall experience was marked by significant frustration and avoidable setbacks.

Service was prompt efficient and perfectly done.

Fascia repair Excellent

We had SKM come out and stain our wrap around porch. They did a fantastic job very happy with my experience with them and the fair price that they quoted me.

Thomas did a great job, he was very professional and explain each step of the way and he cleaned up after, I would highly recommend Thomas

John was very dependable and did a great job. He was able to repair the ceiling in the garage, repair porch columns, wood trim around the house and put in new attic vents. He also removed old house shutters and update the wood block with our address the house. Have to give a shout out to Dalton who came out in the beginning and quoted the job. He was very helpful throughout the project.

The job was done very well. Chris performed with knowledge, worked quickly and neatly.
