"Hi there... i usually don't pay attention to people with certain types of behavior but i will answer to this one... this person called me to build a fence yes. i was not responsible with my estimated start / finish date yes true. but this person is showing a weird behavior .to me all he wanted was an excuse to take me to court but i understand so.e people are like that for some people is it easier to make trouble others are looking for big money playing innocents ... i did not continue with the job because my son mother die and not only that turns out my son was on vacation with me at the time so not only i had to inform my son but i had to take actions since he lives in junt city Kansas.but not only that my son reaction was bad he is 12 and is one kid with tourette syndrome and has also anxiety issues. takes medication and got off control had to get help . meanwhile im dealing with this situation this person is asking me when when and when after i had explained to him my situation . what was annoying to me I'm a Veteran former US Marine and i don't do well under pressure so i kind of lost control of my situation . specially because i was overwhelmed after i had spoken with this person i ask one on my guys to go work at his house he said no without you. so had no one to keep working there at the moment . after me recovering with the situation i asked again my employee to go work there with me he said he was sick and he was. days later i also got very sick myself all came at once . i did my effort under very stressful circumstances to please him but when i finally got back to him he said don't come back im doing the fence myself so he said give me the money or will take it to court . my goal from the beginning was do the fence not enter in a conflict or return money . on the review comment he said( till today he has not showed up). well i have proof he said he was building the fence himself and i got dead certificate and got proof having to run with my son to NCH hospital after giving him the news. and i got witness too. he want to go to court i try to finish his job or get on a payment plan to pay the material money back. but he did not answer i guess he was upset . he wants to go to court . family issues sometimes come unexpected but that is life you have to deal with it. what surprise me is this guy lack of humanity and understanding but i understand he is one of those. nothing else to say. i have proof i have witness i also have proof he said he will do it himself. and proof that i never mean to keep his money i just wanted to fix the situation after i came back from my horror days with my family. i really hope all his family is well and never steps in my shoes. nothing else. thank you."
