Major Renovation Multiple Room Service
Nick and his team are exceptional! We had to have our basement waterproofed which consisted of tearing out every perimeter wall. Nick and his team were hired to build it back. This consisted of insulation, dry wall, painting, baseboard restoration, tile and lvp replacement, as well as pulling kitchen cabinets out and replacing them. The basement apartment looks better than it did originally! They also replaced our siding and did an amazing job with it too. The crew was on time, polite, professional and helpful! I would recommend them to anyone and we are so grateful they were available to help us! We interviewed 5 contractors and Skylar Alexander’s prices were fair but their work was top tier!

Nick and his team at Skylar Alexander Conracting did an excellent job replacing my roof. Nick knew exactly what magic words to tell my home insurance company in order to get it covered through insurance without any issues (which was amazing because I had been denied by my insurance company the year before when I tried with a different contractor!!!) He was easy to work with, got the job done quickly, and left a clean worksite. Could not be happier. I highly recommend them!

Nick and his team were very friendly, professional and quickly did a full remodel of our small master bathroom in just 2 weeks. It turned out beautiful and we couldn't be more pleased. We highly recommend them for your next project!đź©·

What an awesome job these guys did building our deck. Always showed up as promised, very professional, and one of our favorites is that they cleaned up daily before leaving. The deck came out exactly as we had envisioned, even with a few tweaks along the way. Just an overall great experience working with this contractor; we highly recommend.

Very likable person when you meet him, makes you feel very comfortable, but don't let that sway you like it did me. Estimate was $18,940 Low Balls the estimate and blames you for choosing higher cost items. Like you are in the remodeling business and know how much everything cost, because if you had, you would have realized his estimate was not for real. Told me in two different emails(black and white) before the job started i would not have a kitchen for 2 weeks and the job would be done. And he starts the job that ended up being 3 weeks, but of course he said he told me it could be up to 3 weeks and of course he has a excuse for his employee's and other jobs he was working on at the same time as mine.
Response from Skylar Alexander Contracting, Inc.
"Hi [Member Name Removed], we appreciate your feedback. It's important to us that our clients feel comfortable and informed throughout the process. We're sorry to hear your experience didn't match your expectations. While we do not agree, we will learn from this situation. It is important to note that there were SEVERAL things added to the scope of work and the overages were discussed along the way. The project did go over by about a week, again, several things were added to the scope of work after the original commitment to the 2 weeks. While you did have a functioning kitchen within that time frame, details had to be finished over the following week. We are proud of our work and how your kitchen turned out and while it was more costly than the original estimate, we hope you enjoy it for years to come."

Outstanding garage building experience with Skylar Alexander Contracting. From the initial consultation to the final inspection, Nick, Wolter, owner, provided an exceptional service experience for my garage building project. His team demonstrated professionalism, punctuality, and a keen eye for detail that set them apart. The project began was a comprehensive assessment of my needs, followed by clear and detail quote. Skyler Alexander contracting was transparent about the materials, used, the timeline, and the cost, ensuring there were no surprises along the way with excellent communication. The construction phase was a testament to their craftsmanship. The crew arrived on time each day, worked diligently, and kept the site clean and organized . They paid attention to the installation, ensuring a perfect fit and finish. In conclusion, Skylar Alexander Contracting commitment to quality and customer satisfaction is evident in their work. Highly recommend their services to anyone looking for a reliable and skilled building contractor.

Was absolutely great experience. I'm a DIYer, but I didn't have the time to build it my self. I couldn't have picked a better company. I was kept up to speed during the entire process. Any issues were quickly and adequately delt with. We spent Thanksgiving entertaining on the new porch. The grandbabies quickly approved of nana's new porch.

Awesome experience! Nick and his team were in and out; very professional installation and at a reasonable cost! He contacted me right away, gave us an estimate within one day, and scheduled the install as soon as the windows came in. We were so impressed with his work that we have now begun a bathroom remodel with Skylar Alexander Contracting.

I have to say that Skylar Alexander Contracting has been the best remodeling/repair experience ever. Nick Wolter was referred to me when my wife and I were picking out tile for our new backsplash. I called five different installers and luckily for us Nick was the only one to respond. He is very knowledgeable and able to walk you through the process. He didn’t try to up sale us but had the experience and background to help guide us along the way. The original task was the backsplash installation but when we asked about switching out some electrical outlets and plumbing in a new kitchen sink, it was no problem. One of the electrical outlets was giving us fits but Nick was quick to call in a Master Electrician who picked out the issue and got us running in no time. Nick and his crew, Alberto and Alex were extremely professional, knowledgeable, respectful of us and our home. Every task was completed correctly, quickly, and at a reasonable price. I would not hesitate to have them back in my home or recommend them to others.

Quick and easy to get scheduled. Nick took care of everything I asked and more. The price was fair and agreed upon with no additional upselling. They cleaned up after themselves and of course the house looks better that it did before.
