They were fabulous. They did a lot of work for that price. It was a fair price. They were clean and timely. It was one of the better contractors I've ever used. They did nice work and I would use them again.

I have no relationship with Skyline Maintenance. This work is the first job they have performed for me, a result of contacting them through this website. Work, the same day that the vendor was contacted, was performed by the chimney master and a helper after dark using flashlights on the roof. The job took 3 1/2 hours. All debris was vacuumed from furnace closet and discarded items were removed from premises. Satisfactory operation of both the furnace and hot water heater was obtained.

They were on time were clean and not pushy at all. They were clean people as we said we had other companies come and they seemed to be drug addicts that came.They came in went to the boiler room set up a ladder brushed the fireplace for no charge. They showed us how to light a fire and open/close damper. Then they went into the job we needed and why . We made a decision when they were there to do the job with them cause they ARE PROFESSIONALS . <br />

I own and manage several properties that were built over 50 years ago and decided that it would be a good idea to have them all inspected with regards to all chimneys, dampers and flues.  I wanted to make sure the occupants were protected against carbon monoxide leaks and the properties protected against fire threat.  I contacted Skyline because they were recommended by several other property managers whose opinions I respect.  I'm glad I did. <br /> When Skyline came out they explained to me, as well as some of the curious occupants, why it is important to make sure all the flues were clear, aligned, and chimney structure intact and solid.  They took their time explaining and were very clear. <br /> There were several properties and Skyline was professional, courteous, patient, and flexible with my ever changing schedule.  I could trust them to work at a location on their own.  What I like about Skyline is that they are a local business that really cares about their customer's lives and the quality of work that they do. <br /> The estimates they gave me were fair and accurate.  As they did their work they were able to identify several instances where the terra-cotta flues were cracked and had shifted.  This caused poor flow and presented a danger.  Their recommendations to replace the flues were appropriate and the costs were fair, even below market price compared to some of the larger providers.  Because of their craftsmanship  I decided that while they were there I should have them do some additional work replacing masonry and roofing. <br /> Going into this project I knew that there was the potential for major issues and might even require replacing all chimneys at all sites.  You can't see what's going on inside a chimney until you have someone get in their for you but the safety of the occupants and properties was going to be worth it.  Gladly, Skyline was able to do the work and didn't try to up-sell me anything I did't need. <br /> I have recommended Skyline to my other partners and family members.   <br /> I strongly recommend them to anyone. <br /> <br /> <br />

I signed a contract and paid $300 of out the quoted $600.  I've tried multiple times to get in touch with them and no one has ever answered.  I have left messages and have not had any response. This company is a fraud.  Do not use them!
