I have claimed the deal on 07/10/2021 for 5 Hours of Housecleaning for $159 from Sky Maids, which they didn't honor, instead offered a deal that is $50 more, and then on 07/15/2021 I claimed a deal for 6 Hours of Housecleaning for $199, through ANGI website, and then again Sky Maids claims that the deal was already sold out, but how can I claim the deal on ANGI website if its already sold out. This is an issue of bait and switch and a misrepresentation of Sky Maids, that they won't honor the deals that were advertised and offered on ANGI website. I won't use them for my house as they are not to be trusted.

Had a great experience with Skymaids. The two cleaners who came were efficient and worked hard, and at the end of four hours my 3 bedroom/3 bath townhome was spotless. Will definitely hire again.

Cleaning was with three people for 2 1/2 hours and they were very expert in going about knowing what to do without a lot of instruction. Particularly noteworthy were the way they did the bathrooms and the hardwood floors... Overall very professional very satisfied...

Because three people came we were even more pleased with the service and price. Two focused on the upstairs, while the third cleaned the ground floor bath and dusted and vacuumed the dining room, hallway and living room. When done upstairs, all three focused on the parlor and kitchen. It was a miracle. My only feedback is that all three were short in stature and my little ladder was in use, so a few things on the ground floor on top shelves (and a couple ceiling light fixtures) weren't dusted. However, overall, it was a great result and easy to remedy.

We've been using Skymaids for almost 5 years now and have been very pleased with them. They text reminders the day before along with the estimated time of arrival (usually they are early). And whether it's 2 or 3 cleaners - they always do an excellent job. We get "6 hours" of cleaning (each person does 2 hours) every two weeks, but I haven't seen them leave until the place is clean (and it shows). If we have to reschedule, they are very accommodating and usually make a crew available within a few days. Of course, no one is perfect - but the only issues are usually when a new crew is assigned to us and we have to show them the few problem areas that can easily be overlooked (usually by the temp/rescheduled crew). On occasion, we've had to let the owner (Lauro) know directly, but he came by to make sure we are completely satisfied with the work and the problems never happen again. Even with the minor issues, we continue to be very happy with Skymaids.

They sent 3 people for one hour and thirty minutes. They were in and out. They worked from the moment they came and finish. Excellent and friendly. Great Deal!

I called the services to schedule a visit. I was flying to DC from Boston for 48 hours after my tenant moved out to professionally clean the apartment and show it the next day. My time was tight but I hadn't planned my Friday so I told the scheduler I was open to whatever hours worked best. He said to call the week of the service to plan the final time to visit. I called on Tuesday and he told me he wasn't sure what time, to call again on Thursday. I called on Thursday and he said he wasn't sure what time. This time I was frustrated. I had tried to be flexible, but the day before the service I needed to know what time to be at my apartment as I had to plan my day. I told him it was unacceptable to not have a time for the next day. Finally he told me 2:00. I was at the apartment at 2:00 but there was no one there. I waited for an hour before finally calling the service. The guy said he would find out and get back to me. He didn't and I called again. He told me the maids' car broke down and he would have to find someone else. It was 3:15 at this point. By 3:45, the maids arrived. I had them start with the kitchen and bathroom as those were most important and then told them to also please clean the windows. My windows lift up and out to clean the outside of the window. While cleaning, the maid dropped the window on the floor. While it didn't shatter, the latch on the window was broken by her dropping it. We put the window back and the next morning when I went to open the window, it wouldn't stay open. We realized the latch was broken. I had to pay a handyman to come fix the window before my open house. I called and left a message but haven't heard anything back from the service yet. This whole experience was exhausting and frustrating.

We understand that you have had a tight schedule but we have completed the job on the time we agreed with the client. We are very sorry because we have had a traffic problem at that day with this specific crew which caused a small delay as we have informed you that we would be at your place between 2:30 - 3 pm. We always give a 30 minutes to 1 hour time window exactly to do not have the client too anxious for our arrival, but no one could foresee traffic delays or other even worst impairments on traffic. Regarding the window, first of all, THE 3 HOURS CLEANING PACKAGE HAS NEVER INCLUDED INTERNAL WINDOWS CLEANING, MUCH LESS, EXTERNAL WINDOW CLEANING, THAT YOU ASKED FOR. So, we were not even supposed to do that, but anyway the ladies tried to do that for you to make you more satisfied. The ladies have informed that the window latch was already broken, so when they tried to open it, it fell, but even tough it has not broken because the lady has grabbed it fast, avoiding the worst."

The company responded quickly to our request for service. Three housecleaners arrived on time for four hours of work (divided among the individuals). After the cleaners departed, there were areas that were neglected. Rather than extend the length of the dry mop totally under the sofa and chairs to dust the hardwood floors, the cleaners only dusted about 6 inches under these items. i.e. the immediately visible surfaces. The housecleaners did not wipe all areas of the refrigerator, and another stainless steel appliance. Overall, the work was just passable.

The four cleaning hours package that you have bought is meant for APARTMENTS or SMALL TOWNHOUSES, which should have not being cleaned for some weeks. It means, it is one of our smallest cleaning packages, and regularly does not include inside the fridge as written on your review. The proper deal description says "light housecleaning". So, this package was NEVER meant to be for a dirt huge 3 floors Single family house, and as said, fridge was never included on the job, we did a lot, and we did what we did, making enforces to try to cover the inappropriate package bought, trying to make you possibly more satisfied. We suggest that next time, you can afford to buy the 8 hours or at least a 6 hours cleaning package, which will allow the cleaners to try to do all what you have asked."

The first two cleanings went well, but when scheduling the 3rd cleaning, 5 weeks later, the owner claimed that he had been trying to contact me to say that they have changed things on their scheduling and that they can't keep skipping dates. The records on my phone showed that I didn't have any missed calls/texts. We had agreed to a cleaning every 6 weeks but he changed his mind and refused to pick up my phone call. Unreliable. Untrustworthy company.

I had to come home and completely clean refrigerator and top of microwave. Bathroom in basement was not properly cleaned. Great job vaccum the house, and washing tile floor.

OK. They arrived an hour late. Stated they were told an hour later than I agreed upon. Once here, they began immediately. Four women for 1.5 hours instead of what I was expecting - 4 hours of work. They were busy though - like an army. I was very pleased with my bedroom, including the heavy dusting, changing the linen for my king bed and mopping the wood floors appropriately. There was a spot that had been missed. I informed the leader and it was completed. They were able to clean the living room and mop the hall steps. They were not able to go to the dining room or kitchen. However, I would use them again. The work they were able to complete was done well down to the details.

I was able to schedule cleaning on the next day after I bought a deal from Angies list. Three ladies came on time to thoroughly clean the house. They paid attention to the details!
