It was a horrible experience . Do not use! In Maech they were given a downpayment to perform a job . after six weeks no date to come as they kept on citing bad weather. I called for a fourth time and was given a date, on that date they were a no show. a week later the crew came and announced that the job was much bigger than they quoted and the boss would out the next week to estimate. He came and said a new estimate would get to me in a couple of days. after three weeks I asked for my down payment back and got excuses why they haven't sent it due to my prior request. Then after multiple calls I got a hostile representative who said " they have lawyers" and wont send it for another month. I have sent letters of demand and complained to the Dept. Of Commerce. Nothing from them yet. They are grifters in my opinion.

Everything went smoothly. They were polite, prompt and professional. The roof looks beautiful!

amazing. i was having issues with my roof that was "finished" nov 2019, it leaked and had many major issues. i asked for an honest evaluation of if it could be fixed or needed a total tear off. had a real and honest conversation with me. prompt and great. fast service. would hire in the future. amazing company!!

The team at Skyridge was AMAZING. They were extremely considerate and spent a lot of time making sure I understood the process before, during and when they were done. They alerted me when they found unexpected issues after they tore off my roof and the price they gave for the additional work was more than reasonable. The new roof and gutters are beautiful and I plan to use them again in the future for new siding!

All work was well done and completed in one day. The crew did really good work and performed a great clean-up too.

Tabetha at Skyridge was amazing! She was very responsive when I would call and if she missed my call, she would call me back within a reasonable amount of time. They dealt with us having an escrow account and were so understanding if any bumps were to come up in the road. They truly care about their customers! I would recommend them to everybody. The work was completed in 1.5 days, and the men working were very nice and cleaned up after themselves very well. The house we have is about 1,300 square feet and it looks great! Thank you Skyridge for the amazing customer service and lovely new roof!

They did an excellent job. They came the next day and started right away. I was telling them about the squirrels making a lot of noise inside of the walls and ceiling and I had to bang on the walls with a broom to scare them. Now I don’t hear anything thank goodness. Now I can get the house ready for sale!! Tabetha Rocked with great customer service!!!???????

Work was well done. Getting it completed was difficult. They came out for an estimate the day after I called then said the office would call later in the day to set a time in the next couple days to do the work. I did not receive a call and when I contacted them two days later I got no response. Two days later I called again and the woman in the office said they were on a big job and wouldn’t be able to get to me until the next week. Which was fine, if they would’ve just told me that. When they finally made it over, the work was done quickly and professionally.
