When he came he's messing with our sprinkler system and he was supposed to move them out and on the process he changed the sprinkler heads but it was too big, He didn't bury the bushes. He charged us for the bushes but he never planted them. He finished with some stone edging but that's not what we wanted. He asked for the payment but we didn't have time to check the work.

Got the job done quick and looks great. Will be going back in the future for sure!

On Monday, 9/5, Slade and Clayton came out to see the property. I explained exactly what i wanted done, that i wanted a border of stones and stones around the windmill. I also asked for a mulch walkway with stones. I asked for new weed mat to be laid, pine starw laid and the pond liner replaced, and some plants planted that i had. They sent me an estimate of 2430, which i agreed to because i was under the impression it was for the work we had discussed. On Rues 9/6 I was at work and my husband was at home. They communicated to me via phone and i explained exactly what i wanted, and they told me it was being done. I had left both pond liners in the garage labeled which one was for the pond and which was for the cascade. I also had a black plastic bucket shaped like a large flower pot that had 10 packs of 40 each landscape staples. I told Slade they were welcome to use on my property for the job, should they need them. My husband called me later that day and said they were finished and they requested payment of $2765. He paid them in cash and was not given any invoice or receipt from them. When i got home that evening, I called them and explained that the work they did was not what was expected and I wanted to know what did we pay for besides labor and pine straw and that was not $2765 worth of work.No new materials were used, however requested and was told they would be used. The only materials used were ones that i already had. They did not use the appropriate pond liner as i had clearly labaeled, and they decided to use the old ripped liner for the cascade. (I had clearly labaled which liner was for the cascade and which was for the pond. They used the cascade liner for the pond. No weed mat was laid down at all, pine straw was literally strewn across the area, burying the plants and flowers i already had. Stones from my other garden had been moved without my knowledge. The bucket of landscape staples is also missing. I have requested all week that the bucket of staples be returned, the weed matting replaced, 2 rocks moved back to their original place in my yard, that they moved without my permission. They left trash (a mcdonalds cup) on my porch, and a 2 plants were moved without my permission. All week I have tried to get them to come back and do this, and they keep saying they will come, and it still has not been rectified. Tuesday evening they told me via phone they would be out on wed, then wed they called and said it would be Friday. Friday they said it would be the weekend. This morning they said it would ve "sometime today" and it is now Sunday night and I still have not seen or heard from them. Iam willing to pay them $400 for their labor, but nothing else was done or purchased and $50 worth of my property has been stolen by them.

They were kind and coordinated. They did what they said they were going to do. The work was done well.

The lights Slade and his team installed made my house pop and just give it a more special look when the sun goes down, the job went by quick and the guys cleaned up as they went along nicely.

Slade had a team ready to hit the ground running last Monday, I couldn’t have asked for better people to work on my property, at some point it felt like I had a friend out there I could depend on, great people.

I was happy with Slade and his team, they performed on task and cleaned up as they went through the job, which I haven’t seen a lot of companies do. It took them 3 days to get everything done, and I was very pleased afterwards, great attitudes and great work shown.
