Plumbing Installation for a Remodel or Addition
These people are a joke. I called them in June for an estimate for a bathroom/shower renovation due to unstable pipes inside the wall and bad tile. David and his son came, took the measurements and told me the estimate will be sent in 2 weeks. They stuck a piece of wood between the pipes and the wall to stabilize the pipes. They looked at the vanity faucets that had a leakage and told me they are not good and need to be replaced. They undo the vanity shelf in order to see the problem and did not put it back correctly, so I had to fix it later myself. Also, I fixed the leak in the faucets and now do not need to replace them. These guys charged me $175 for nothing & I am still waiting for their estimate. Do not recommend dealing with them. Very sloppy, irresponsible and overpriced.

"We did not charge $175 for nothing. You were charged $175 for the repair on your tub/shower faucet which was securing it through an access panel in a closet with using wood we provided. We also secured the spout and sealed the spout with silicone where it came through the wall, henceforth fixing the leaking issue it was having behind the tub. And the other chunk of the $175 was diagnosing your sink faucets. The shelf was never put back because you were supposed to call us when you received said faucets to be replaced, which we never got a call about. We spent well over an hour and a half in your house and you only paid $175, which is very fair. No other professional plumber is showing up to your house before even working for that price. Lastly, I stated from the beginning that we don't really do bathroom remodels, but I said I'd attempt to get you a rough estimate. We apologize that we were never able to send you out an estimate but we are just far too busy to do so. We don't take lightly to being called "a joke", either. For the work we did at your house, both remedying and diagnosing issues, you paid a fair price."

David was fantastic to work with. He came highly recommended from someone I trust, and did not disappoint.
He was quick to respond with a very reasonable quote, and even came out on a Sunday. He even came out the next morning to help with a small, unrelated leak because he was in the neighborhood.
Everyone needs someone they can trust when something breaks around the house. With Slawinski, I feel like we have our plumbing covered.

Great. There was some confusion on scheduling but it was resolved. He came in and took care of my problem with my waterline to my refrigerator and ice maker. He was reasonable in pricing and I would use him again should I need to.

Excellent service. I called late in the afternoon yesterday and they were here this morning. They fixed the sink, installed a new sump pump and pipes and added supports that I had not had before. They discovered an issue with the downstairs bathroom and fixed that also. They were competent, neat, and friendly. Would definitely recommend them.

Dave is a great plumber. Dave is also one of the nicest guys you will ever meet. He even brings cookies at Christmas time. Does your plumber do that? I am always pleasantly surprised when I receive his bill. Owning a 100 year old home brings different challenges. Dave is a master at 100 year old plumbing.

Mr. Slawinski came out after a storm and reopened the storm drain. He returned and replaced a water heater. All of the work was excellent.

A++. The entire experience was positive. This is the first time I employed Slawinski Plumbing, but will call again and have already referred to two friends. David, proprietor, answered his phone on my first call; listened to my problem and scheduled a time to come out. He made the appointment on time, diagnosed and fixed it all in one visit, He brings everything he needs with him to complete the job. He cleans thoroughly before he leaves, so you will never know he was there. He is knowledgeable, honest, experienced, and meticulous. Great job!

Mr. Slawinski opened the drain. Cracking and removal of concrete was necessary. All of the work was done professionally and no debris was left behind. Three other drains were also opened. Excellent work.

Everything went great - I was able to get their assistance within a few days of calling (it was not an emergency but was something I needed to fix within a week). They said they'd be there at 8 and showed up right at 8! Quick diagnosis of the issue, and it was resolved in about 30 minutes. It turned out to be a fairly simple issue, but I know it would have taken me a long time to fix myself, so I am glad I called instead. I was happy with the price and service overall. I will happily use them again. The price was definitely worth it to me for the time and hassle I saved. Very reasonable and professional.

I found Slawinski Plumbing through the Angie's List site, and I am so glad that I did. I will be using them from here on out, no need to look further. David first came over and gave me a quote for installing a gas and water line for some new kitchen appliances that were coming the following week. David was so professional and came back a few days later to do the installation. David and his son did an excellent job. I feel their pricing is very fair, and I will be telling EVERYONE I know to use them. I am that satisfied and happy with my experience.
