Bob Landers and his team of professionals did an amazing job making my 1982 kitchen look beautiful. They were such a talented crew. All of them were focused, responsive and on time. Bob responded to all of my questions quickly. He was very accommodating and came back to fix some minor issues after job was completed and fully paid. We are very happy with our new kitchen and would highly recommend Bob and his crew. Cost was reasonable as well.

Bob and his team did a great job at a great price, and saved us even more money by creatively moving tile so that we did not have to redo the wall behind the backsplash. They were professional, fast and responsive. We love our updated kitchen!

The project went very smoothly. Bob Landers the owner of the company is very professional and very easy to work with. He was very responsive to all of my questions or requests. Always on time and prepared for our appointments. At the end of the project we realized that the lazy susan cabinet was not working correctly. Bob came over himself and totally took apart the cabinet and re-installed it. It now works perfectly. That attention to detail is why we chose Kitchen Tune-Up for our kitchen project.

My wife and I are delighted! The job came out far better than we expected. Some of the oak cabinets were badly discolored, and Kitchen Tuneup blended the new stain perfectly. I cannot see any trace of where the cabinets were repaired. Kitchen Tuneup arrived on time, they did a fantastic job, and they left the work area spotless. I wouldn't hesitate to hire them again.

This was about as painless and stress-free as I imagine possible with a kitchen renovation. The estimate was detailed and clear, and though it was pricey, the quality of the product and the work was worth every penny - about 50% less than purchasing brand new cabinets - and a LOT less downtime/mess/hassle. Bob was easy to reach and quick to respond via phone or email, and was here on time for each appointment. He also referred a painter to refinish the cabinet bases - who was also excellent and a pleasure to work with. Photos are 1 from before and 2 from after

, The kitchen looks beautiful. A totally new look that Paul helped me create. He deals with the cabinetry but has sub-contractors you can use for installation of appliances and specific carpentry work. We worked out a plan and I selected the door and drawer fronts for a new look. He directed me to a quartz/granite company and I dealt with them directly for the countertop. <br /> I you get new appliances, you have to work out the details around measurements to be sure they fit in the given spaces. I ran into a problem with the stove that stood out more than expected. I worked out changes in the cabinet adjacent to the stove with Paul and his excellent carpenter's help. Now it looks perfect. <br /> I'm very pleased with the results and that I didn't spend an enormous amount to get a new kitchen. The above mentioned cost was only for Kitchen works and doesn't include the appliances, their installation, the counter and lighting. <br />

Everything came out beautifully.  Paul and his finish carpenter, Frank were extremely professional, detailed, hard workers.  I could not be happier with the quality of their work.   They were timely, polite and neat - nice guys.   They were helpful in giving me cost options to try to save money.  My 50 year old cabinets have been brought back to life!  I would not hesitate to hire them again. <br />

Overall, a very good experience.  The cabinets look great, and at half the cost of a full rebuild.  Paul is a great guy...very knowledgeable, organized and willing to work hard and make you happy.  I think the whole project took 2 or 3 days.  They left a lot of junk around overnight (empty boxes, etc.) and could've cleaned up more.  Sometimes I also felt that their schedule took precedence over mine, and I had to rearrange my schedule when other projects on their side slipped. <br /> If you are flexible and looking for a great product with a good team, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to you. <br />

Excellent service, quality and price.

Paul answered his phone or returned our phone calls within 24 hours.  He came over and advised us on the best process to use on our old and worn wood kitchen cabinets. He gave us an estimate, we paid half up front, and called us later to schedule a date for service.  We did have to wait 6 weeks to have the workmen come and do the job but it was worth it.  They were on time, cordial, introduced themselves, and prepared the area as to not make a mess.  I did have to get the family out of the house for the day because the smell is very strong- but by the next day the smell was gone, you have to leave the windows open.  I asked some questions and the father/son team who did the work gave me great advice on the rest of our kitchen re-do.  They cleaned up after themselves and the kitchen looks great.  Much better than I expected.  I can not believe we considered replacing our cabinets when they could look as good as Paul made them look.  <br />

It was a pleasure working with Paul and his team. They showed up on schedule and performed their work in a professional manner and cleaned up as needed. As the old stove and counter tops were removed they made arrangements to have them promptly picked up.  The exhaust fan, counter tops, sink, and disposal were installed on the date and time promised. Paul gave us an excellent price with no hidden charges. Paul and his team worked with us every step of the way. My wife and I love the work they did. <br />

Paul and his team were very professional and great to work with. They showed up when they said they would, cleaned up every night before they left, and delivered on time and budget.  Even though we did a reface of the cabinets Paul was able to make suggestions that improved the usage such as adding a new cabinet with a pullout trash bin, adding a spice rack cabinet, moving a cabinet to enlarge the opening for a bigger refrigerator, and adding new deeper cabinets over the refrigerator.  We are extremely pleased with all of these changes as well as the overall work that was done. We also had the powder room bath and master bath redone and are very happy with the results. This has made a tremendous improvement to our home and we look forward to enjoying it for a very long time. I would highly recommend Paul and feel that he delivered a quality product at a very competitive price. <br />

Excellent work. He offered lots of options and really seemed to listen to what we wanted and suggested things we wouldn't have thought of based on his experience. He was extremely responsive and communicated every step of the way. His workers were professional and cleaned up after themselves. His price estimate was dead-on accurate. The job went well.  From initial phone contact til completion of the work I found Paul and his team to be professional, punctual and efficient.  I would definitely recommend Kitchen Tune-Up. <br />

My experience with them was positive. I like them very much. They are very good. I had no idea on what the class would be and the class is much more than I anticipated.

All went well the only thing I would have done different was to check on measuring and ordering the doors we needed ahead of time to be however we thought we were going to have to send a finished door with the order for a new door so the color would match but we didn't need to. It just resulted in the job needing to be done in three appointments rather than two. <br />

Paul and his crew started daily on time.  All were efficient and worked well in a small space.  Area was taped off and there was little mess.  They cleaned up at the end of each day.  The project was completed on time.  I love my new kitchen! <br />

Kitchen Tune-up just completed the cabinet refacing and installation of a few new ones in our home. We are just waiting for the granite counter top installations but my husband and I couldn't been anymore pleased. Paul is extremely professional and true to his word. His workers were on time and they completed the job exactly when he said they would. We are very pleased with the quality and felt the price was fair. Even in the initial consultation, Paul did not push to sell us any more than what we wanted. I would highly recommend Kitchen Tune-up and would certainly use them again! <br />

He was excellent and I thought the price was very reasonable. He walked through the whole process and covered everything he was going to do. He was a nice guy, soft spoken and did not rush me to get done with the project. I will use him again in the future.

Paul Demejian was excellent to work with. He came for an initial visit on schedule and spent several hours with us over two visits to select materials and colors for the cabinet refacing and counter top.He provided recommendations and information that helped us make good decisions. It trook about two months to get the materials so that he was ready to start. He was reasonably flexible in working to our availability to schedule the work. The cabinent refacing work went well with 2 exceptions. The screws in one panel came close to going through the fanel and dimpled the front. Paul replace and reinstalled this panel. The countertop provider. Boston Fabriaction,  and installer that he recommended work was a little disapointing. It was not made clear to us that this was an independent contract. The counter top was in two pieces, we had thought it would be a single piece. The material had some minor scratches, the front of the seam between the pieces was not smoothed over,  the reinstalltion of the dishwasher was frought with problems, and the installing technician was not pleasant to work with. Eventuallu all of these items were resolved to our satisfaction with Paul stepping in to take take of the dishwasher issue.  <br /> <br /> I highly recommend Kitch Tuneup but not Boston Fabrication.

It was a pleasure working with Paul from Kitchen Tune-up from start to finish.  He gave us an excellent price for the work required, and was the only person/company we consulted who not only gave us a "grand total" price estimate, but was also willing to give us a price break-down for all of the different pieces of work that we were considering doing in the kitchen (e.g. we were considering two different styles of doors and Paul gave us prices for both styles; we were considering installing new roll-out trays in our lower cabinets and Paul gave us separate prices on what those would cost).  This helped us greatly to determine what work we absolutely had to do and helped us stay within our price budget for the work that we would like done.  He was always easy to get a hold of, whether by cell phone or by e-mail, and always got back to us within 24 hours.  He also provided us with a lot of flexibility not just with the work that he could do but also with some of the ancillary items we would need (new sink, new faucet, new cabinet hardware, electrician) -- he was able to provide one-stop shopping for all of those items, but he also gave us the freedom to get these items ourselves when we so chose.  <br /> As mentioned in the section above, we opted to have our 48 cabinet/drawer openings re-doored and 4 side panels (two cabinet side panels and two refrigerator side panels) refaced, our center island refaced with beadboard, and new toekicks installed.  We had 7 old drawers replaced and one new drawer installed under our new double wall oven.  Paul also sold us our new undermount stainless steel sink.  We did opt to buy our faucet and cabinet hardware from other stores.  <br /> Once we signed the contract, Paul continued to be very responsive and he always followed-up and showed up when he said he would, whether that was in response to a question we had or when he was coming to do the measurements for the work to be done or when he and his team were starting the work.  They showed up right on time, did the work in a professional manner, kept our kitchen relatively clean during the process, and the final product looked amazing.  It was as if we got a completely brand new kitchen.  <br /> In addition to being part of the process from start to finish (initial contact/estimate, scheduling, install), Paul also was the one who did all of the fine-tuning work.  He made sure all of the new doors and drawers were aligned properly, and was always patient with us when we asked him to make minute adjustments to line-up drawer and cabinet doors to our satisfaction, no matter how small the adjustment was.  He made every effort to make sure that we were happy with the final result and we definitely were extremely satisfied with the work that was done.  The quality of the materials and of the workmanship was great, and we were thrilled with the outcome.  <br /> There were some minor glitches during the process, but they were not because Paul's efforts or his work .  There were 3 door fronts that had some manufacturing defects (dents) on them when they arrived.  Paul reordered them for us -- no questions asked -- and replaced the defective ones as soon as the new replacement doors were available.  The new drawer for the space under the oven also was sent to Paul and made at the wrong depth (21" deep which was too deep -- we needed no more than a 19" deep drawer).  He had ordered the right size, but was sent the wrong size.  He reordered the drawer for us immediately as well, and came back to install it as soon as he had it.  He would always contact us first to schedule a time to have the work done.  We never had to chase him down to find out when this remaining replacement work would be done.  <br /> We would highly recommend Paul to anyone who is looking to have work done on their kitchen.  In fact, we provided his contact info to two of our neighbors already.  He was great to work with and if we ever move from our current home and to a new home where kitchen work is required, we would definitely contact him to work with us on those kitchen renovations as well.

Paul responded to my request for an estimate promptly. He was extremely courteous, professional, honest and knowledgeable and remained so throughout our project. He was also very patient, never getting irritated with my occasional (?) change of mind! I relied upon his guidance for many of my choices and he was very helpful. At all times he was responsive to my calls and easily reachable. Paul is a perfectionist and closely oversees the job at every turn, yet is willing to participate in the work to get a job done. His carpenter,plumber, and contracting assistant were also wonderful! Thank you, thank you, Paul and Company for a project done with as little stress as possible. And oh yeah! MY KITCHEN IS GORGEOUS, WELL THOUGHT OUT AND A DELIGHT TO WORK IN! Grade: A+++
