SLR Roofing & Construction

SLR did a tear off and replacement of the front of my roof during the crazy LA storm this month. They completed the work in less than 2 days and fit me into their busy schedule quickly. Communication, billing and the quality of work were all top notch and affordable compared to some of the other roofing quotes I got. The crew was professional and cleaned up after themselves each day. I cannot recommend these guys enough. Do yourself a favor and hire these guys. Great work and no surprises!

SRL Roofing did an amazing job installing a new roof in my house. The entire team was professional, friendly and with great attention to details throughout the whole process. The entire job from pulling the city permit to final inspection in 3 days. They were prompt and cleaned up the entire area and the price couldn't be beat! I highly appreciate their work and couldn't be happier to recommend them.

Very thrilled with work done on roof. The owner, Lior, explained everything that needed to be done, and everything that should be done if possible, and exactly what and how he would do it. His pricing was very reasonable. I was very impressed with him over the other businesses I spoke with so I hired his company. His crew was really excellent. They showed up when they said they'd be there, they let me know when they were going to lunch and would be back,made sure they closed the gate when they left, and left the site absolutely clean afterward and did a great job on the roof. When we get ready to do the front half of the house roof, SLR Roofing will be the outfit we call.

All went well. Lior set us up with Miguel and Juan and they have worked very **** ** our roofs. Very professional and cleaned up well and took care especially with my concerns for nails and our horses. The roofs look beautiful and we're very pleased.

Stop researching and hire SLR. I spent a couple of days weeding through companies to call for estimates. When Lior arrived we had a great feeling. He is an excellent business owner, he explains everything thoroughly and weighs the options suited for the job. You can tell he is a professional by the way he conducts business. He never rushed us during our estimate and did not ever try and oversell any service. Our instincts were correct, his reviews were spot on and we had an amazing experience getting a whole new roof and seemless gutters in 2.5 days total start to finish. Lior has a contractors's license which also made hiring him a no brainer as we had a decorative structure built into our roof in our 1957 SF Valley home that needed replacing before the roof could be completed. Lior was able to start the job the NEXT DAY and completed the roof before my husband had to leave town for work, making it much less stressful on me. We opted for a new cool roof by Owens Corning, Lior was able to provide us with homes in our area to view colors. We also opted for roofing insulation which is a special layer placed over the wood and under the new shingles to reflect heat even more...and had some vents/dormers installed as well as a solar attic fan. Let me tell you I have already noticed quite a difference and my air conditioner no longer kicks on at 2pm. The house is at least 10 degrees cooler which makes handling the Valley sun much better. I can't wait to see the lower utility bills. Lior's price was right, his crews were on time and courteous. They did a great job cleaning up at the end of business day as well. If you are looking for a solid job for a good/fair price and follow through this is the company for you. I hope this helps others in need of a trust worthy roofer.

Hired SLR Roofing to repair a leak. We did the recommended repair to replace the whole valley of the roof and he said that will fix the issue. Paid several thousands for this job. Rain came a few months later, same leak at the same spot. Lior refused to repair or re-do his work and now claiming we have to replace the whole roof. We feel ripped off completely. LIOR PEISACH (owner) is a scammer who's in for a quick money, we are filing a rip off report to warn others about his business practices. He only came back when it was raining to take pictures and document "work" he has done since my husband is a lawyer, then he came down from the roof and told us "I took pictures so go ahead and sue me" yelled at me and my husband and left. Sure on the outside the roof looks nice but it still has the same leak and condition as before. I didn't hire him to do cosmetic work on the roof I hired him to fix the leak and now he won't take responsibility after being paid thousands of dollars. We pleaded him to do right by us but he wouldn't he was just in it for a quick 1 day job and thousands of dollars. He wasn't even here when the workers were here. He is just a sells guy a closer and a money grabber. His workers are illegal, his license belongs to someone else, and he hides under a corporation. BEWARE, DO NOT HIRE HIM, YOU WILL REGRET IT!

The job got done on time and I had no surprises or cost overages. I would definitely recommend SLR Roofing to others.

Lior is the man! He and his team are courteous, professional and fast. SLR was the only roofing company to respond in a timely manner after the Winter 2017 SoCal storms. Lior came out and inspected our damage and within 2 weeks time we had a whole new roof. I cannot speak highly enough about Lior and the team at SLR. They really were a life saver after an unexpected leak in a new rental home.

Selected SLR after interviewing 5 companies. Lior with SLR roofing was a pleasure to work with. As projects go, there can be surprises that are not foreseen until after the roof is off. Lior was extremely reasonable at every stage. At one point there was a scheduling challenge between the solar company and Lior's crew, which was quickly fixed by Lior. He's straight forward, honest, competitively priced and generally eager to satisfy his customers. Highly recommend!

I obtained 3 quotes for the work and chose SLR Roofing because the quote was very thorough and Lior took the time to explain every aspect of the job. I'm totally impressed how his crew was able to do a shingle roof and a large flat roof during the few dry days in the midst of a lot of rainy days in December and January. 5 stars for customer service and workmanship!

All work was Performed on-time and as expected. Lior is very professional and pleasure to deal with.

We are very satisfied with their work and would use them again. One more thing: They were very conscientious about matching the color of their new replacement shingles to our existing shingles, & made an extra buying trip to make certain the colors matched.
