Vlad was very professional and came in time. I needed very badly to repair my Amana dishwasher. He was very knowledgeable solving the problem, ordering the needed parts and fixing the dishwasher.

We had some ignition problems with our Viking Range. I thought I could fix it but was not able to pinpoint the problem. Vlad was the answer to my nightmare! He was able to pinpoint the issue, knew exactly what parts were needed, and was able to repair the range without any issues. It is working like new again. I highly recommend Vlad's expert service. Vlad is an extraordinary appliance repair technician. If you are looking for a great price, amazing service, knowledgeable repairman and a great personality - Vlad is who you need to call. We have a 10 year old refrigerator with ongoing problem that others failed to diagnose and fix. Almost decided to replace it but someone recommended Vlad and he definitely came through for us. He arrived on time, diagnosed the problem in less than an hour, offered 2 solutions and took his time to explain which one is more suitable. Came back with the part and didn't overcharge us even though it took him longer to replace it than he originally estimated. We are extremely happy with Vlad's service and would hire him again. Excellent service on a dryer I thought I was going to have to throw out. Vlad showed up on time and was able to figure out the issue and get fixed in about an hour. I bought the dryer secondhand and it’s running better than when I first brought it home.
