I thought the ad was a little misleading and it acted like to me I thought that you would be able to get like if my toilet need seal valve replaced that would be included or whatever. None of that was and it was just kind of walk around my house and flushing out the heater and I just didn't think it was a good value. The guy did what his company told him to and he was not a bad guy. The representative was a fine guy. You go ahead and even pay the full cost if they find something. It was just they get my money and problem solved. It's not a bargain and that is just like a service call and then here's the price to fix it. They diagnose a problem but it has nothing to do with the tuning up the old valve. If there's a problem found they should have at least fixed it at a reduced cost and not charge you like they had to leave the yard to do it. It would be a lot more meaningful if they could somehow include that as their service charge and then they fix things while they are there. It was not worth it at all. The guy seemed like a very capable person but there wasn't enough done. The guy was very professional and he was a nice guy.

This past weekend, my third floor toilet/sinks were backing up due to a lost plumbing snake. I called SmartChoice and spoke with Carlos this past Sunday. He came out Sunday night and looked at the situation. He returned Monday with Travis and tried to get the snake out but couldn't (He removed the toiled, put in a camera and tried taking it out that way). He finally returned this morning (with Travis) and finished the job. He cut into the wall into our garage and pulled it out. I really appreciated the fact that Carlos tried multiple ways to get the snake out before cutting into the wall. He did not immediately pick the most expensive option. <br /> During all 3 visits, Carlos (and Travis) were very professional. They were on time, very detailed with their explanation on what needed to be come. I called multiple plumbers last Sunday before choosing SmartChoice. They had the best price. I HIGHLY recommend this company. I will definitely call them in the future if I have more plumbing issues. <br />

I had an leak in my garage which I thought was my washing machine, but it turned out to be my galvanized steel plumbing leaking. Surprise! Considering it had rusted through in several locations, Carlos advised me to replace all of the plumbing, but did give me several options to choose from if that wasn't in the budget. I work in the construction industry, so I'm lucky to have some people who I trust for advice. After seeking the opinion of a trusted construction partner, I decided that the investment in new Pex plumbing would be worthwhile and that they were asking a fair price. While they were doing the replacement, I decided to get some other work done at the same time because they offered it at a good deal. Smart Choice also gave me a financing option that defers interest payment for 2 years- nice! <br /> The workers that performed the installation were very friendly and even played with my puppy dog and let him out while I was gone- I really appreciated that gesture. When something didn't go to my expectation, they made it right- something I think is a true litmus test for a company's integrity. They also warranted the new plumbing system for 10 years, which I find to be very important because it makes me feel like they stand behind their product. Every interaction with them has been incredibly professional and they go above and beyond. I always feel like they have genuine concern that I am happy with their work, and I will definitely use them again for all my plumbing needs. <br />

They responded very quickly. Offered a discount since I was a return customer. They did a good job. They were on time friendly and professional.

Smart Choice Plumbing installed a new white Kohler 2 piece toilet. Provider removed the existing toilet and cleaned the area after installation. The cost was more than advertised because the toilet was upgraded from a round front toilet to an elongated toilet. Carlos, the Manager, contacted me the next day after I submitted my request.  He answered all of my questions, and we scheduled an appointment for the next day. The crew arrived on time and were very professional.  They provided an estimated completion time, and completed the job well within that time.  I would highly recommend them and will definitely use them again.  Thanks Smart Choice Plumbing. <br />

I had to reschedule once and they had no problem accommodating it. They gave me a 1 hour window and they showed up on time. Great work by the guys and they left the bathroom and work area nice and clean. <br />

His team was very professional during the 3-4 days it took. A few days after they finished, I had a small leak at my clothes washer supply line. Carlos personally came up and found that it was unrelated to their work, and was simply a gasket that needed replacing, which he took care of at no charge.  Carlos is extremely polite, professional, and responsive and makes sure that all the details are taken care and that other contractors (if needed) are lined up. I will definitely continue to use his company. <br />

These guys are great! I called Monday around noon to set up an appointment for a leaky sink. I was able to make an appointment for the following day, with a 2 hour time window (2-4pm). At exactly 2pm on Tuesday I received a courtesy call to narrow that window to 30min. Carlos showed up right in that window and took a look at the kitchen sink. He provided a couple of estimates depending on what the cause of the leak might be. It turned out to be an easy fix and Carlos was done in about 20min. The charges were absolutely reasonable for comparable services in the area. This is the second time Smart Choice has worked on my house, and I will absolutely call them in the future. <br />

Carlos responded very fast to our home. He took his time and looked at the entire plumbing. He was very focused on finding our problem and worked for KL.

<p>I called their office around 1pm today because I noticed that my water heater was badly corroded and leaking into the safety pan. I chose them because they had good yelp reviews compared to some other companies that do more marketing. The young woman Morgan, that took my call was very professional and told me that someone could come out between 2-5pm. I also called another company, Texas Master Plumber, to get a quote because they were rated highly on Angie's List. Of course, they both show up with 15 mins of each other. Initially, TMP shows up to the wrong house and their secretary calls me to ask why I'm not there. I walk outside and see them halfway down the block. TMP winds up giving me a quote that is $200 more for a less reputable brand water heater than Smart Choice Plumbers. I was also very impressed they wore shoe covers out of respect for my floors and were able to install it the same day. From the time I made the first call to the time they left after completing the installation, it was 4 hours. That is very impressive!! The installation was installed up to the latest plumbing codes and I could tell Carlos was very knowledgeable. It is obvious he enjoys what he does based on his very professional like workmanship. </p> <br />

They did a great job!  B+ overall.  They were very reliable and their prices were very reasonable.  They finished in about an hour and a half and I would definitely like to have them come back out.  They were really proper about getting the job done!
