Would give ZERO STARS if I could! The sales pitch went well, as you could imagine, and then the salesman (Alex W.) was a ghost - BEWARE! We then dealt with Aaron, supposedly the owner, when we needed to see about timing as we were getting things organized with our general contractor that was doing the rest of our project. He was rude, but got what we needed done completed at the time, so ok. Then in Sept of 2022 something happened to the company - don't know if it was sold or came under new management or what - but suddenly we were dealing with Dennise BEWARE! They hadn't laid a foot of flooring and wanted half the payment for the project, the project didn't end up happening due to permitting problems until Dec of 2022, we refused - they got ruder and nasty in their phone calls and threats to cancel the contract and keep our money! Told them to speak to our lawyer, calls laid off. Finally got our project started and the workers immediately broke (to be continued)...

My husband and I were very impressed with their professionalism and workmanship. New Floors USA explained the entire process to us, which was very helpful to us as we had never had this type of work done in our home before. The New Floors employees did very clean work and they completed the project within the time frame that we had agreed upon. They also communicated with us often--they responded to our phones or returned our phone calls promptly. They were also friendly and easy to communicate with. They respected us and our home, as we are still staying in the house with our kids while they did the work. We will continue to use New Floors USA in the future.

New Floors USA did an excellent job on my floors! It was a big job, they were professional and polite throughout. They were also very accommodating, and went out of their way to make sure I was satisfied. The work is outstanding and the floor is beautiful.

New Floors USA was very easy to work with and did excellent quality work in removing the old carpet from our stairs and replacing it with laminate. They worked with us in adjusting their quote, in setting the work schedule and in finishing the work in a timely manner. We highly recommend them.

We used New Floors USA to replace flooring in our entire house. Tom was our sales rep and was very knowledgeable, offered great suggestions, did not pressure-sell us and even offered cost saving advice. Additionally, we had many delays to due contractor issues and New Floors USA worked with us to install in stages to accommodate delays and changes. My flooring is beautiful and I continue to get compliments. I am very pleased with our decision to use this company!!!

I reached out to Sam early February and that same day he replied and immediately scheduled me the next day for my estimate. He arrived on time, and after I heard his prices and seen his work, we scheduled my project. His work ethic is amazing, super fast and I can not get enough of how good my floors look. Highly recommended.

My experience with new floors was great overall. The process is excruciating with all these home improvement vendors but I’ve learned you just have to make the time commitment and plan for possible issues with weather (like with my roof) and supply chain. What I liked about working with these guys is the care they took with my stuff, and they were more communicative than most I’ve worked with. They came out on time and there weren’t any surprises with the installation. I got what I ordered and happy with the results!

The service and eventual installation by New Floors USA was exceptional. The sales staff was incredibly informative and patient with us as we made our decision on flooring as part of our kitchen and home remodel. Steve was great to work with and a huge blessing to have that level of information and support in to-days economy-industries. I would highly recommend New Floors USA!!
