Everything looks very nice and we are very pleased with them. They did an amazing job and we are having them out to do more work.

Weather dependant they were there every sunny day, joel set the guys up and came back to check, no down time, if they werent working they were cleaning and tidying up

Smart Brush was better than I could have hoped for! From the first meeting with Joel, who was very professional, I knew that the job was going to be done right. Joel pointed out what needed be done as far as repair and recommended the best products. He even texted pictures of the products to me. I was not able to be there when the work was done, but the crew performed perfectly. When they ran out of paint, Joel went to the store and got the additional paint for me. I was 50 miles away, so they were on their own. My trust was well-placed, and the apartment looks great! I would recommend them to anyone.

It was fine. But they never came back to touch up spots that were missed.

Firstly I'm a tough critic. I'm also a builder and I've seen my fair share of contractors. Joel and his crew were one of the best I've seen in action. I've already hired him for 3 other jobs. He fixed all imperfections on the wall before painting. He did several coats to ensure the job was done well the first time. He made sure to be extra careful about keeping the home clean and free of dust and paint splatter. He was very professional and even cleaned my floors after the job. He was fast and accurate and you can tell his crew was experienced. They wasted no time getting started and were very professional and courteous. Their Professionalism was a breath of fresh air; we all know how some contractors can be. Joel's word is his life, when he says he's going to be there at a specific time he is there. He's the kind of person that will fix something for you without asking nor will try to get more money out of you. He truly enjoys his work and he is as happy after a job is complete as the customer is to see such a job well done. Most importantly he is very fair with his pricing. He's not trying to get rich quick with a single project nor will he try to take advantage of a homeowner without experience. In short, exceptional.
