Smart Grout & Stone Restoration

This company likes to show pictures of alleged jobs that they have done and what great work that they have done allegedly. Make sure that you make a contract before starting any work with them and if they don't do the jobs in the contract to your satisfaction , then don't pay them a dime at all. I also wanted to let you know that if you contact them about something that you found that they didn't do correctly after they leave , they will blame it on you for work that they didn't do correct. You will be take advantage of. Hire at your discretion and risks. these are my experiences and opinions.

It took twice as long as predicted (two days rather than one) but they did a very professional job.

I originally gave this company a great review based on the initial service. They did a great job and were very professional. However, I've recently attempted to contact them per my warranty to come back and look at my bathroom floor just to see if there are some spots that might need to be fixed or if it just needs to be steam cleaned. They replied to my initial request asking for pictures and stated they would check their schedule. I sent the pictures but never heard back. I attempted numerous times through email and phone but never got a reply back. Even though they did a great job it's disappointing they do not stand by their warranty and commitment. I'd refereed them to numerous friends which I will ensure to let everyone know about this and to look for someone else.

They did a wonderful job!!  (I had used another franchise grout company previously and it was <strong>incredibly</strong> expensive.)   <br /> Michael and Savalas were very professional and did exactly what they promised, plus more at no charge.  You could tell they really cared about the job they did and are working hard to build their business. <br /> They polished and then sealed the marble countertops in the master bathroom and a guest bathroom and they look like new!  Even removed a stain on a countertop that I had tried every thing to remove with no luck.  They steam cleaned (by hand) the travertine and marble floors and then sealed them as well.  Can't believe how much better the floors look!  Same with the granite countertops in the kitchen, butler's pantry and bar area.  They removed old grout in three showers and re-grouted them with the right kind of grout (which was not used the last time I had them done).   <br /> Cannot recommend them more highly!
