The job went very well. Calls/emails prior to service were returned promptly; the team that arrived to do the work arrived on time and provided a courtesy call 30 minutes in advance. They explained the work that would need to be done, the potential issues, the price estimate, etc. All work was done quickly, professionally and without incident. Larry explained how to set up the tv and made sure we were happy with everything. The price was very reasonable - considerably less than we were quoted by another company. We'll definitely use them again!

Sam and Dan were absolutely phenomenal. They were polite, professional, and attentive, making sure every aspect of the installation met our standards and answering all of our questions. The work performed was done incredibly well. The end result looks amazing, and the cable management is great as well. Sam and Dan were very careful to avoid scratching any walls and had the courtesy to clean up the carpet after they were done. They helped walk us through setting up the new TV, and even stayed to deal with an unexpected connectivity issue. I cannot recommend them highly enough. The company is great as well. They had their technicians out to our place within a few days, and the price, given the quality and scope of the work, is excellent. In short, I would absolutely rely on Smart Home Services for any work like this again.

The technician came out and checked it out. Turns out it was a loose wire. He was prompt and on time. The young man was very nice and professional. <br /> <br /> I think I called on a Tuesday and they were able to get me in on Thursday. <br /> <br />

Beautifully. Neat work, no mess at all. Took all day, and everyone was professional, friendly, helpful, and very patient with me as I am not a geek and needed a lot of instruction to learn to work the equipment.

Great! This is the second time we used Smart Home Services. They did the original installation of the first TV over a year ago. That's why we called them to do the second installation. Sam and Willie of Smart Home Services showed up on-time, were very knowledgable, spoke English (instead of technology talk), and were very interested in our needs so we would get the installation done to our complete satisfaction. They did a very professional job and both TV's look great on our walls and perform excellently. They cleaned up all of the "stuff" that goes with an installation and left the house in better condition, due to the two TV's now on our walls. We will definitely use Smart Home Services again and highly recommend them to all our friends. Sam and Willie did a great job.

Willy and Sam were spot on time. They ended up spending about 4 hours on what turned into a pretty complex job, including custom fabrication of a bracket to hold a center channel speaker. Their work was carefully done and the results are clean and well done.

Excellent overall service. Technicians Sam and Willie arrived on schedule and were quickly able to access the work to be done. They paid attention to detail and made sure they cleaned up any mess. They were also patient and made sure I was happy with the work. I had to pay a little extra for an optional surge protector, and even though I had one it was not conveniently located for the HDTV outlet. They also made suggestions for placement and wiring to assure it was sufficient for connections to receiver. They completed the effort by putting wire wraps on all cords to assure they were not hanging or in view.

Jeromy and his crew arrived promptly and completed all the work without any hitches or complications. Jeromy was very friendly and helpful and always made clear what he was doing and requested feedback to verify placement and other esthetic choices. The finished product was excellent; everything was cleaned up and the equipment was operating perfectly when work was completed. Jeromy spent time explaining how the TV and assorted equipment operated and adjusted required settings to insure everything worked correctly with Direct TV, and various Smart TV apps. This company provides a complete product from the purchase of equipment to complete installation and assistance with operating the equipment for the first time. They know the equipment that they sell and will give you honest assessments when comparing various choices. The price mark for their equipment is extremely competitive. It's rare to find a company that provides such a high level of service. My sister in law was thrilled with her purchases and installation and I'm glad that I had recommended Smart Home Services to her. Everyone is happy, great job Jeromy.

At the time scheduled, two young gentlemen (Sam & Larry(?) I am terrible at remembering names!) arrived at the house, after calling to confirm their arrival on the drive over. They first took the time to understand exactly what the job entailed, asked good questions and listened to my answers to determine my preferences, made excellent suggestions to improve the installation appearance & function, and then proceeded to do an efficient, professional, and excellent job installing the two large TV's and one new home-theater sound system. The job was not rushed and the obviously-experienced pair paid attention to every detail, so that upon completion there were no wires to be seen and the TV's looked and sounded great. When they left, there was no debris or materials left behind, so that except for the result of the work there were no signs that workers had been there! The price was quite reasonable given the quality of the service provided, and I can confidently recommend Smart Home Services for this type of service.

It went great! The team was professional knowledgeable and efficient. Larry and Sam were great. The team was respectful of my house, taking great care went walls needed to be penetrated. Lastly they were quick to clean up after themselves. Leaving my home better than went they started.

Sam and Bill were absolutely fantastic. They were friendly, provided a price quote before they started, were very professional, and were accommodating as far as our need to keep things relatively quiet, since my wife and I work from home. Highly recommend and will likely do business with again for a speaker system throughout my home.

I contacted smart home services 2 days prior to the work I wanted done at my home. The owner was friendly, knowledgeable and willing to assist with what I wanted done. He let me choose a day and time that worked for me. On the day of the project Nicko and Sam arrived right on time for the job and went over the details of the project with me. They were professional, knowledgable and the work being performed came out fantastic, we couldn't be happier with it. We had a tv and speakers hung on the patio and a new electrical outlet installed. I would definitely use thus company again, they were outstanding. Thanks Nicko and Sam for an excellent job!
