The person did a bad job at connecting rj45 jacks in the cable and failed to properly connect the weather protection seal to the connectors and the camera. He didn’t even connected the seals properly in the pipes that he used to pull the cables. Obviously after the snow and rain there were water in the rj45 jack and my NVR port was fried. Called him but never picked up. Stay away or you will be sorry
