In the end Smart Renovations did a good job. They were the only contractors to reply to me for the work that needed done and They will come back to work on the property again this year for new projects. I purchased the lumber to help keep cost down.

I received excellent service from smart restoration! Brendon was knowledgeable and easy to work with. The shed turned out exactly as expected and Brendon was willing to walk me through all the steps of what he had done to make repairs and why they were necessary. This made me feel very confident in trusting this company. The work has held up excellent and I would definitely recommend smart restorations to anyone.

I was pretty pleased with the skirting. I'm not completely satisfied with the work and it was a pretty high price to pay for the job.

Went very well. Roof repairs completed in one day and the crew cleaned up nicely and discussed with me the reasons behind the leaks. Hopefully the issues were resolved and if so I would use this contractor again.
