Initially I needed someone to find a leak that was affecting my garage ceiling and that was identified very quickly. The gentleman that came out for my project suggested an access panel be put where the leak in the garage was and I had never been told that before and this is the third time that there has been a leak in that area. I greatly appreciated that input he went and bought the panel and installed it very quickly. I initially had several small things that needed done and he was more than willing to accommodate. Very professional courteous and I definitely would hire again
