Isaiah and Frank are terrific. Always punctual (both for first "estimate visit" and then for installation visit), genial, attentive to the personal/focus points of the customer and fair on both price and what work is really required and what may be optional. I not only would hire them again but in fact AM going to-next will be a siding project. Great team with honest, respectful and reasonable approach to their business. A very positive experience all around.

Needed old gutter guards removed and new gaurds installed. The gentlemen from Smart Uses were courteous, friendly and informative. They completed the work promptly and left the work area spotless. Even removed 2 bees nests in the area. Would definitely use them again.

I hired Smart Uses LLC (Isaiah Dotson, proprietor) to replace the gutters and install gutter guards on my home in Bradford, MA. And I’m kicking myself for it. All was going along very well until it got to be late in the day and they were wanting to call it a day. Isaiah asked me for money for the work that they had done for the day. For the record, I do not pay for anything until the job is done to my satisfaction. Needless to say, they got moving and finished the job up before they left. And in all honesty, I thought the job had been completed well. Boy was I wrong! During the first rainstorm we had several days after the installation, I found a piece of the gutter guard in the yard. I let them know, and the came and replaced it. A couple of weeks later, upon examination for something else entirely, it was noticed that screws had been removed from an awning that had absolutely nothing to do with the gutters. During a conversation with Isaiah, it was mentioned that we’d had some concerns about the guards and the way they were not seating properly on the gutters. Isaiah said that he was aware that the “clip on” guards were problematic, and he would be out to replace them with the “screw on” replacements and he wanted to make thing right and he set up an appointment to take care of the situation. On the appointed day, he texted saying that because of the weather they were going to reschedule for 8/23 at 9:00 AM. We’re still waiting. He has been given 3 choices left via voice mail, to which we have received no reply: 1) come and finish what you started correctly, 2) reimburse the cost of the gutter guards via cashiers check, or 3) be summoned to small claims court. This has been ongoing for over a month! Do yourself a favor and don’t bother even talking to them!

Isaiah and Frank were phenomenal. Very professional. Very friendly. Willing to take the extra step. I would recommend them to anyone in need of gutter services!

Im a general contractor and will def hire these guys again. They installed some very nice gutters and added touches such as crown moulding around my 22.5 angle nook making it really stand out. Great job and highly recommend.... also, by far the best price in town, lol.... next closest estimate was over 400 more, for my house and I also had a single car garage done which would have been another 800 with the other guys... ??????

The Smart Uses team showed up exactly when they said that they would, provided me we several options and took the time to explain the pros and cons of each option. After deciding to go with an installation for our entire roof, they worked very efficiently and finished the project just when they said that they would. The finished job exceeded my expectations as it was absolutely perfect (As you can see in the pictures below). Their level of professionalism was outstanding. I highly recommend the Smart Uses team and look forward to working with them again!

They are very professional and did the jobs as I requested. The price is very reasonable. They can do small projects even other contractors only take big projects. I will definitely call them again if I have something need to get repaired in the future. Of course, I would recommend this company to other people.
