SM Construction LLC

I hired SM Construction LLC for a laundry room remodel in my home, and they did an excellent job. Very professional crew, high-quality work and affordable pricing. I'm hiring them for another project and I'm sure they'll do an excellent job again.

I've used SM Construction LLC on 3 different occasions to re-do 3 different rooms - 2 bedrooms and a bath. Sirous brought samples of paint and carpet for me to choose from for one of the bedrooms. He brought different samples of tiles and showed me different pictures of fixtures to choose from for the bath. His team is very thorough, polite, and professional. They took up carpet, re-carpeted, and painted wherever I asked them to. They repaired a damaged place on the ceiling from a water leak from years ago. They put a protective finish on the original parquet flooring in one of the bedrooms. And, all of this for a very reasonable price! I can't recommend SM Construction LLC highly enough! Wish I'd found them years ago!

It went very smoothly and quickly. The price was lower than other contractors I talked to, and the outcome was very good. Everything was done quickly, neighbors didn't complain about noise or whatnot, the place was left clean, and nothing was damaged along the way, and the result is great. Communication was very easy and on the point. I am very pleased with SM Constructions and would gladly recommend them for any job.

I'm overall satisfied with the service provided by my contractor. The major work was well done and met my expectations. However, there were a few areas that required touch-ups, which could have been more meticulously addressed. Despite that, I appreciate the effort and professionalism displayed throughout the project.

SM Construction came in to fix some problems that had been caused by another companies' bathroom tub/shower replacement. Sirous was very understanding, explained processes well, and his crew wound up replacing floor tile, installing new fixtures, repairing drywall and painting. Several different crew members came to the house and they were all professional, neat, and did excellent work (particularly the drywall repair). Several weeks later I had them come back to repair drywall and paint in the kitchen. 10/10 will use again.

Dependable, efficient and quality work. Would absolutely hire them again. They will be the one company we use for all home renovations and repairs going forward. Highly recommend.

After purchasing a home in a 55+community this spring, I decided to paint ceiling walls and trim and replace all flooring with luxury vinyl tile on two levels. I also needed to refinish a staircase and put new pickets in on the railing. I made several other requests during the renovation, including putting cabinetry in my laundry room, replacing anll electrical switches and outlets (for uniformity), and a bit later, replacing my windows. Sirous handled all of it and followed up promptly when I had questions or concerns.

Our project was large! The kitchen was completely gutted, and footprint dramatically changed. SM Construction listened carefully and executed beautifully our dream kitchen! At any point they responded as quickly as possible to any need and attended to each step of the project with great care. They worked around our in-home business and family life as well. We would highly recommend their services.

Sirous and his team are pros. They do what they say. They stick to a schedule. They stick to a budget. Their work is excellent. If something is not right, they fix it without a hassle. I highly recommend Sirous.

SM Construction performed a fabulous work transforming a typical house into a unique, modern and spacious living space. The remodeling included changes in the layout, new piping, heated floors installation, tile work, kitchen cabinets custom design and installation, laminate flooring through the house, design and remodeling of master bathroom with plumbing relocation, assistance in design options. Overall, the work was done with excellent quality and great communication with the customer. I would hire SM Construction again!

Usually I don't write reviews, one of the smoothest renovation I have ever had , of course renovation is always rough but Sirous made it much earlier, we start with bathrooms and then remodeled kitchen , Definitely we will use them again for our basement finshing soon

Either a small job or a major remodeling house, he has provided an excellent service to me and my family. Sirous is accountable and will go an extra mile to ensures his client is 200% satisfy.

Highly responsive and solution/customer satisfaction oriented. Worked a solution to a major issue that multiple other contractors couldn't or refused to identify (innovative repair of house siding issue instead of reside entire house).

Guys did a great job and met all my expectations. A special call out to Ali for his meticulous work on my bathrooms (took 3 weeks but quality work can’t be rushed), and Sirous Jose who did a great job managing the project. They were polite and responsive.
