I went to floor and decor to look at new flooring for my kitchen hallway and living room.The staff there recommended their their flooring Pros. They gave me the number and I called. They responded right away and came to give me an estimate. Silvino came and explained everything to us. 4 days later they came and installed my flooring. They did an excellent job. They were very punctual, they were very neat. I had a 54 gallon fish tank and us quite nervous about moving it. They all worked together and moved it. They were done in 1 day and cleaned up very nicely. I would use them again and highly recommend them.

Mr Mendez did an excellent job with removal and installation of my vinyl flooring and trim his crews were hardworking diligent and polite I would recommend them

After my house had been mitigated after a broken pipe and flooring thruout the house removed, I contacted Silvino after my contractor told me that he could not install my new floors for 10 days! I got a referral from Floor & Decor and contacted Silvino on a Friday…MONDAY morning he & his guys showed up to begin work…they finished Tuesday evening!…1800 sq foot house filled with furniture…Amazing job!!…my floors are Beautiful… Silvino is extremely Professional, knowledgeable, and Helpful…His Crew are all of the above & Super efficient..and he was priced below my original contractor’s estimate. I would definitely recommend Silvino for any home project.

I had new LVT flooring installed in 3 rooms and a hallway. The work was done by S. Mendez Construction LLC. The crew arrived on schedule, and the installation went smoothly. The flooring looks great. We are definitely pleased with the professional installation.

He was very knowledgeable and helpful in offering advice and sharing his ideas on vendor recommendations, etc. He was very communicative and went over every step of the budget with me. He was also easy to work with and a pleasure to have around. I felt safe leaving him and his crew in my home when I could not be there. Every worker he brought in--from the tile person to the painter, were excellent. I really appreciated the craftsmanship of the tile company, too. He knew exactly where to cut and was attentive to small details like seams/where the tiles line up. I'd definitely recommend Silvino and his crew. .

Silvino Mendez assigned us 2 excellent flooring professionals to do the job (Ivan & Alex). Very professional, experienced, on time, neat, and friendly, too! I was very impressed with Ivan’s suggestions as to the job, esp since the product we purchased on our own was not up to par. We went with them to get Luxury Vinyl Plank Flooring at another flooring place and it worked out perfectly. He Evan called them twice to see what colors they had in stock so job wasn’t delayed. Job was still done on time despite having to return the initial materials and obtain credit. Ivan recommended we get shoe molding as appears in the pics and he painted them a beautiful grey that we had mixed to match at the store. These moldings set the finished look. We are very impressed. Silvino phoned in several times during the process to his contractors and myself. When install was complete, he came to the house to view everything with his flooring professionals and myself. Nice work!

Great Good price , work and cleanliness

Everything went perfect very professionally. They even took extra time in assisting with reinstalling storm door. Additionally, they installed an electronic lock by far. This is the best service I’ve had from a contractor. I highly recommend this company to anyone that’s looking to have anything done at their home, you will find them to be polite, courteous professional intuitive They go the extra mile they do not take shortcuts. They keep you informed every step of the way, I can only wish I would have known about S Mendez a long time ago from now on they are my preferred service provider.

Silvino was on time and professional. He made sure the grab bars he installed in our bath/shower were secure, and he left the work area spotless.

A great experience. Silvino and his team were a pleasure to work with. They were professional, personable, punctual, and exhibited great teamwork. We called them in to repair our plaster kitchen ceiling (which was losing its battle with gravity), within days they had not only reframed and replaced the ceiling, but were able to complete additional improvements that Silvino suggested (e.g., new lighting, painting, crown molding, etc.) providing a much needed facelift to our old home. These guys are fast, efficient, and clean, (even when confronted with the quirkiness of an older home). I highly recommend.

This was the best choice I ever made for a remodeling project. If you could have seen the before and after of my kitchen you, would not believe it. Even though he had to work with in my time frame, he completed the job before time. He and his team were very professional We developed a relationship and friendship. I highly recommend this company to anyone that’s looking for a project. No project is too small or too big.

I really don’t think anyone can do true justice to what we call a review when it comes down to this company. I have experienced and witnessed many remodeling, repair jobs done, but never have I experienced one like this.
