It was an okay job. He did a job for the windows, he missed my washer and refrigerator check. When I moved in I found some issues, so he missed those 2 at the least. For the windows, he did a very good job of checking all the windows for me. He didn’t do a perfect job on that one. There were other few points my husband asked him to check, I don’t remember exactly. Another house a couple years ago they missed the windows, but this person checked all the windows very thoroughly, so it was pretty good. What he did not do was the pipes for the refrigerator and the washer. Another good job he has done was the fireplace he checked and he found issues. Which is also good he checked on the safety concern, which to me is very good. That is why I think he did a very good job on that too. I didn’t see him at all. I think the price was reasonable. With the house he checked and even with the items that he missed, I think we would probably recommend him to someone. I would like to get him back

Pam gave my son an exceptional inspection on house he is buying. She was very thorough, and explained areas needing to be addressed w/seller. I definitely would recommend Pam.

Pam was a pleasure to deal with from start to finish. She responded quickly to my request for a quote + sample report and her price was the best of the handful of providers I contacted. Setting up an appointment was easy and I knew exactly what to expect from the inspection. She arrived on time and performed a through inspection, even staying a little longer to capture everything. Her report was clear and provided within a few hours. I would happily recommend her to others. NOTE: When I told the other providers that I planned to use Pam's services instead of theirs, one of them responded that he knew her well and she would do a good job. I thought that was a nice endorsement from a competitor!

Pam Lee is awesome!  She is easy to get a hold of, did a wonderful job inspecting our new home, and delivered detailed notes.  She's also quick to answer any follow up questions after the inspection is done.  My husband and I really enjoyed working with her and would definitely recommend her!

I used Angie's list to research for a home inspector even though my realtor suggested his favorites.  I requested info from several providers via "ask a question" from within Angie's list but this is the only provider who promptly called me with an estimate.  The price was very competitive, the actual inspector, Pam Lee, went out of her way to come to us to pick up the payment since my husband was recuperating from surgery, she promptly performed the inspection with a fine tooth comb to find only a few minor issues but probably the most impressive service was the fact that she took our call while she was on vacation and created the needed invoice for an early closing! YES, we would use this company again!!!

The home inspection went very well. Pam was incredibly thorough and even got on top of the roof to check out the chimney. I called SM prior to purchase of the deal, and he tried convincing me to pay in cash, honoring the 260$ purchase price, instead of purchasing the "big deal" and said their "credit card machine" was down. Seeing as how we were purchasing a home and wanted to hold on to as much cash as we could, that was the only disconcerting feeling about the transaction. Seemed a bit shady that they'd try and bypass Angie's List like that. Otherwise, the quality of the inspection and timely nature was great. <br />

Pam Lee conducted a home inspection on a condo we are purchasing and did an outstanding job!  She was exceptionally thorough and informative.  Her report was comprehensive and complete with several pictures, and delivered to us on the same day as the inspection.  Each time I called or emailed Pam with a question, she responded promptly and was always more than happy to provide any additional information that we were seeking.  She went above and beyond by patiently explaining her findings and also helping us understand how they might be able to be fixed.  Pam is a true professional and I highly recommend her for your home inspection! <br />

They were very helpful in squeezing me in the last minute appointment.  We had deadline to meet and they were really accommodating to squeeze me in a short time frame.  That was the first time I used them.  They were able to answer a follow up question from the home owner, they had a question about something and they replied through email with explanation.  It was good service and getting me within the time frame was very helpful.

Sean was awesome! I contacted him through the message center and got a response right away. Setting up an appointment was quick and easy. My husband and I walked around the house with Sean during the inspection and we were blown away by all the great information and tips he gave us. The house is 2000 sq ft and instead of rushing through the inspection, Sean spent the extra time answering our questions and explaining what is and isn't normal for an older home. The report was detailed with pictures and easy to understand. Sean's professionalism, knowledge, and great attitude made it a great experience! I would most definitely recommend him to my family and friends. <br />

Her expertise and knowledge was so helpful. She left no stone unturned, literally. She climbed on the steep pitch roof, crawled in the tiny spaces to ensure every detail was captured. We will definitely use her again for home inspections and refer her to friends!

Pam was on time and met me at the home. Despite the snow on the ground, Pam did a great job inspecting the exterior of the home. We then went inside to complete the inspection of the interior of the home. She was very thorough and did a great job explaining her processes and things she found. The report I received was easy to follow and contained all written and photos of the inspection. I would recommend them and use again. <br />

Excellent.  Pam was our inspector.  Was there early and had already been up on the roof when we arrived.  Took extra time to go over with us every concern she found.  Made sure we understood everything. Encouraged questions.  Was quick with her report, which was well-written and easy to understand.  Highly recommended! <br />
