Mr. Smith was able to remove the base of the light fixture. While he was doing this he found a loose wire that was live, so he reattached all my wires properly. He was then able to reattach my pull chain and put the light back up. I was relieved that he fixed the wiring problem to prevent future safety issues. Wonderful work and thoughtful demeanor.
