Great Work. Garage Door is running like new!

Very satisfied with the work. Gary was able to come out and fix it the same day.

Gary was quick to respond (on a Sunday afternoon) to schedule the job for the next day. He arrived on time and got after it. Very happy that he mentioned an additional issue with our pulley (it was installed too high) and he corrected that as well. Money well spent to have new parts and our door will last even longer!

Things went very well from making the appointment to fixing the problems. Who knew a garage door could be quieter than it had been!

Fantastic, prompt, & honest job done on my overhead garage door. Gary was there within an hour after I called. He’s very close to the Westerville-New Albany-Gahanna-Johnstown area. I was so satisfied, that my next-door neighbor also had him work on her garage door right after he was done with mine. He simply added her to the end of his workday. Very nice gentleman with very reasonable parts & labor prices. I will for sure call Smith’s again in the future if needed!

Replaced the cables and rewound the spring, but also lubed the rollers and straightened the door track. Definitely knows what he’s doing, over 18 years experience. Very reasonable. Will definitely call for all my garage door needs.

Smith Overhead Door Service Came and start work immediately. Before you know it my garage was back to almost perfect condition. He loosen what was tight and oiled the parts that needed it. He took the time questions that I have.

Gary is very professional and knew exactly what type of garage door opener we would need after asking a few questions. It is the best and quietest garage door opener we have ever had. Family and friends make comments and ask what brand it is because it is so quiet. Gary is conscientious about cleaning up and not leaving trash behind. My husband and I could not be more pleased with his work.

This is about my fourth interaction with Smith Overhead Doors over a number of years now and I couldn't be happier. Not only did Mr. Smith do excellent work at a very fair price, but he even followed up to be sure that everything was as I expected! As usual, each incident occurred during inclement weather and most were at night and yet they were prompt in responding, efficient, professional and very informative for my endless questions since I normally like to do everything myself!
