It went very well and I was very impressed with the quality and completion of the job that Smith and Richard‘s landscaping provided for me. After my initial contact with Steve Smith of Smith Richards Land Management, he was quick to respond and visit my home to ***** the damage and determine a plan of action for Emergency removal of trees from the house and fencing around the property. We also asked for a plan to trim or remove trees that threaten the house. He arrived the next day with his crew, they were professional, efficient and polite. They made quick work of removing the trees. They cleaned up meticulously and even seeded the back yard that was torn up by the trees and the heavy equipment required to get the work done to remove the trees safely from the house. I have had other companies on the property to do tree work in the past and compared to Steve and his crew the others were thrill seekers with chain saws! There is a respect for the property and the landscaping and it is evident in their work. They know what they are doing and it shows in their work! I can’t say enough good things about Smith Richard's. A+++++ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Steve, thanks again for a job well done!!!

I am pleased with the work done. Their pricing was very good, They even took care of my neighbor's tree limbs that were low-hanging, and next to our property line. This "little extra" service made a great impression on my neighbor and I! I will certainly have them back for more work in the future.

We had some large hardwood trees. Most of them very close to the house and several pines some of them were leaning toward power lines. Mr. Smith contacted me promptly and set up a time to meet and review the job. After reviewing four estimates we chose Smith-Richards. Mr. Smith provided a start date and insurance information after being hired. They arrived on time, kept us informed throughout the job, went above and beyond by placing the chipper mulch in a specified area and spreading it out and removing some piles of sticks and limbs we had stacked in the yard from previous storms. The wood and all debris was removed the yard was repaired and grass seed sewn per the contract. They even blew off the deck, driveway and walkways. We were very pleased with the entire process. These folks are fine professionals with great customer service skills and very skillful in the way they performed the work.

Excellent job. I have worked around customer service all my life and these guys are the best Total professionals and very reasonable. I have had other tree service people here but I can truthfully say that they pale in comparison to these guys. I never have to think about who to call when I need service again. These guys are truly pros. They even raked my yard and used leaf blower to clean everything

The only thing that bothered me was that when they was done the guy that moved everything away from my porch didn't move anything back i had to and some of my flowers were damaged and a solar light was broke when the stuff was being moved.

I was so impressed with the professionalism of this crew. I was worried because I was on a limited budget but he worked with me and explained all options. The work was done and cleaned up way faster than I had it expected it to be. I would definitely recommend. I also appreciated their quick responses.
