Lee was hired initally to repair drywall that was ruined from my AC flooding the house. I liked the guys and the way the explained everything and how work was completed. I hired them to build a screened porch afterwards. A contract was written up (over email which I found a little weird but went with it) and they got to work. I paid $3600ish out for materials and the rest was going to be labor cost split into 2 payments as they went along. Day one came and the guys had ordered the doors, brought some wood framed out the porch. The first half of labor money was paid ($1,100 ish) at the end of the day. Lee suggested I stain the wood before they finish the roof and screen sections so I did just that. I sent images to him and let him know he was good to come back. That was the beginning of June. He has essentially ghosted me and won't respond to any form of communication to finish the job, drop off my materials I paid for or refund me. STAY AWAY FROM THESE GUYS!

Lee and Carlos responded the day after I called them, and did an excellent drywall repair job in my garage; along with replacing the cabinet kickboard and baseboards in my bathroom. They were polite & professional as they went about their work. Highly recommend them!

Lee and his crew worked on my small pier and beam house from 9/24/2023-11/3/2003. They were on the job and were doing what appeared to be great work for what was in the contract. They were going out of the way with minor changes and repairs. Lee was sometimes hard to get in contact with. I only contacted him when necessary. I was paying Lee along the way partial payments for work done. The rewire was not a planned part of the project but was something that Lee and I had discussed. I mentioned to him I suspected it would need to be done. I paid Lee for electrical supplies prior to work being done. I paid Lee for electrician's work done after it was completed. The electrician did what appears to be good work but was not always on the job when he was supposed to be. I have no way to test all of the electric work done but most appears to be working. On 10/12/2023, Lee and I discussed the siding on the house and decided to replace the siding. He seemed willing to do the work. There were no signs that this would be an issue. Beginning 11/3/2003, he and his crew were not as consistently on the job. Lee got harder to get in touch with. On 11/8/2023, Lee and his crew came and worked on the house. and started taking out the bathroom subfloor that we had decided needed to be replaced. Late in the day, they said they were leaving to get paint, the dump trailer was gone and they never came back. They left a big opening in my bathroom subfloor all the way to the dirt without covering the hole.. I tried multiple times to contact Lee. We touched base twice, with him promising to be on my job the next business day; but then he wouldn't show. He no longer returns my calls. The work in the contract that was not completed includes: installing greenboard in bath areas installing bath tile surround installing shower pan and tile surround for walk-in shower tape and bed of bathrooms texture walls/ceilings of bathrooms paint walls of bathrooms paint ceilings, doors, closets install cabinets install laminate flooring paint and install trim install commodes install doors work to be completed by electrician: install lights/fans install outlets/swithes in well house run wire from house to shed & garage install porch lights/fan There is other work that Lee said they would do that I am not including here because it is not in the original contract. That would include the siding.

Lee was nothing short of amazing! Aside from immense quality work, experience, and more than reasonable pricing, he is just a great honest guy all around! That’s hard to find in today’s world. If you are researching for help on projects, stop now and reach out to Lee. You will be amazed I promise!

Drywall/repair/tape/float/paint 4 rooms

It started off well, we really liked Dale and trusted him. The projects were on going. He talked us into his services for windows, trim and front porch area. He started the project, and while waiting for the windows to come in from Home Depot, he left for other projects and never returned. It’s now been several weeks and no communication. He won’t respond to calls or texts. He took $4300.00 and never finished the job.

Initially came for the drywall and painting job. We have paid $19000.00 for a project that he started but never completed any one of the projects he started. He is a scam artist. Now we are hiring other people to actually finish off the work that he started and he is not answering our calls and he became unresponsive. We have filed felony theft charges against him.
