"Robert Stegall had accepted price and work for his fence in February, for two months we have tried to make contact in regards to his phone by phone call, email, text, and Angie’s. He failed to respond until May. At that point when we were able to get a response from customer, we then proceeded to start work at project. Unfortunately yes on our end we had a few issues especially with transportation itself due to mechanical issues. At that point, Mr, Stegall was contacted to inform that a known local contractor would be sub contracted to continue the work at his property and he agreed. After work has started, the new contractor has kept in communication with Mr. Stegal about their scheduling for his project. Mr. Stegall has then given me a different story and the contractor tells me the opposite of what Mr. stegall has said to me. Robert Stegall is not contracted to me for this work, he has accepted the work to be done by PandHandle Fence Company who is doing his work but yet continues to call me. The material and work that has begun is for more than the deposit he paid for the work. It the original contract that would leave Mr. Stegall a remaining bill to be satisfied."
