Great thinking outside the box to help design a system that met our needs. Very friendly and polite service people. Excellent value on all parts. And went the second mile, adding a gas standoff for a new dryer for no extra cost, and disconnected the water line from the source for the swamp cooler so some didn't accidentally turn it on and flood the attic. I took 1/2 star because a couple of pipes could have been a run a little more neatly, it was a tough place to work, so I don't fault them for the way it was done, but I don't give 5 stars easily.
