Smoky Hill Roofing

I hired Sam from Smoky Hill Roofing. He was very nice and made a list all the repairs I needed from the June 6, 2025 hail storm. Well, He did replace my roof but when I asked him when he was going to finish the other repairs he said when the roof was paid for. State Farm had sent me a check for the roof so I sent it directly to him. I had paid my $1000 deductible already. But he wanted more. I told him to contact State Farm. As of today, I have heard nothing from him. I contacted Angi to compain and am tryng to submit a formal complaint. I need a window repaired. siding replaired and many other little things. A gl named Betsy called me but i missed the call. When i tried calling back I couldn't understand the selections. she wanted my e-mail address. So ere it is Mnieman50@hotmail.com. Thanks

June, 2024-informed by insurance company my H/O insurance premium was doubling unless an Impact Resistant roof was installed. Luckily I found Smoky Hill Roofing! New roof installed in 1 day 7/16/2024. 2 minor follow-on items remained: 1. Sam Shelburne, S/H's Gen'l Mgr, came on a weekend to paint roof ventillation turbines; 2.Patio roof chips repaired by Master Craftsman Miguel of First Gutters, after finding cedar material to match 70 year old house, cutting to proper size, installing (akin to putting together a puzzle) caulking and painting with base paint I had. Our home looks great and you'd never know all this work was done. Many thanks to Sam, Charlie, Ruth and Miguel!!!

It went well. They did an excellent job, above and beyond. They cleaned up the job site and they completed the job early.
