It went fine. they came in and I was only gonna get the roller fixed. They suggested some other things to be done but I refused and they did fixed the roller. They should have wiped down the glass because it is greasy. there are prints all over. They should have cleaned it up but other than that it was good.

Wow! So refreshing to come across a company who are totally professional, easy to deal with and do a great job at a reasonable price. Our patio door had been sticking and making so much noise for the longest time. Smooth Sliders arrived on time, diagnosed the problem, offered a solution and carried out the repair right there and then, putting a new track and bearings in with a great result. The installer was polite and extremely professional. Highly recommended.

Ben changed my rollers on a very small door and adjusted the door I was mostly concerned about. He was here maybe 20-minutes, charged me $220.00 which he claimed was for his skills and I was concerned because the door was still hard to open but he said it would get better with time. Afterwards, my door would not open at all and he did not return to honor my warranty nor answer my phone calls or email. I had ro pay another company to fix it

Ben from Smooth Sliders showed up on the scheduled day early. (He called first). He diagnosed the problem, made the necessary repairs/adjustments and was finished in under 30 minutes. The door is working like new now.

They came on time, and finished promptly. They advised that I use stainless steel rollers which would last longer, and I agreed. The doors slide easily now. <br />

Polite and efficient! Just great -- doors work so good now. I had a bit of trouble with one of them after the team left , because of a decorative faceplate on the lock. Ben came back out and said that the decorative faceplate was not even necessary. Without that, the door is working wonderfully. I was most impressed at Ben's willingness to come out and see to the problem. He was right  here to make sure that we were happy with the job. These are the kind of people you want to do business with! <br />

MOriginally I purchased the track repair. Ben was very responsive and quick to set an appointment. He contacted me before coming to the house and was punctual. He did an excellent job of sizing up what needed to be done. My three door slider was non functional. You could not budge the door and the track was literally lifting up (broken).  Ben and his help did an outstanding job and today my door works like it did when it was brand new. I can tell you I will absolutely be sending referrals Ben way. If you have issues with sliding doors etc. dont hesitate. Call these guys. No need to suffer. They are extremely professional and do outstanding work. Highly recommended. <br />

It went great! Ben arrived on time and immediately assessed the job that would need to be done to fix the sliding door. He took his time and was very thorough in cleaning the track and replacing the rollers on the sliding door. I don't think it's ever worked this well! Now I can actually slide the door using one finger!! <br /> I expect to have him return to work on some other sliding door issues in the future. <br />

Everything went super "smooth" - Set appointment, called an hour before to confirm, showed up and quickly repaired the door.   Price was exactly where I expected it to be.  Very polite and professional.  Would highly recommend. <br />

Ben was thorough, fast and did an amazing job. Now I open and close the balcony glass door with ease and most of all no thundering sounds when opening. Now if I can get my next door neighbor to do the same it won't feel like an earthquake every time she opens her balcony door.

Ben was great.  Fast, efficient, knows his stuff.  Does his best with what you give him.  We are VERY happy with the outcome on our older doors.  Makes a huge difference!  What I've learned from owning my house is that you get the expert in whatever you need fixed to fix it.  It ends up costing much less and the job just plain gets done and done right.  I totally will have Ben come back for the other *6 sliders we have! <br />

Ben called and came a couple of hours early. He arrived with all needed materials. He cut out worn sliding glass door track and replaced entire length with a new one. <br /> Door now slides very smoothly and looks to have been done with high quality materials. <br /> Very pleased, entire job took about about an hour. <br />

He called about 40 minutes in advance of his arrival and, upon arrival, quickly diagnosed the issue and completed the repair as requested.  My only complaint is that he did not clean up after himself, leaving me to scrape caulk-drippings off the door, replace the bathroom mat, and put away a step-stool after he left. <br />

Ben was wonderful.  He returned my VM promptly and came to the house on time,   Because we had installed tile, the door itself could not simply be lifted out and the rollers replaced.  Our home was built in 1979 and he had the correct replacement rollers in his truck.  Ben's experience enabled him to quickly solve the problem.  He was in and out in less than 30 minutes.  The door now opens with a fingertip!  We requested several of his cards and will sing his praises to any neighbor who has similar slider issues. <br />

Ben was easy to reach, arrived on time, Removed doors, cleaned tracks, replaced necessary parts and was meticulous about adjusting doors to lock properly and roll smoothly.  Did thorough job, cared about quality of his work, very nice to deal with. Would definitely recommend. <br />

I have used this company twice for sliding glass door repair.  Each time they were quick to set up an appointment, punctual, courteous, and above all, perfectionists.  Not only do they replace the parts and make sure the door rolls as smooth as silk, they also clean the tracks and frame so everything looks great too.  They also made sure the lock worked great as well with no extra charge. <br />

I found them from Angie's List. The service was good. My experience was good. The price was reasonable.

My elderly parents recently purchased a condo and the sliding glass door on their balcony was difficult to open & close because it looked like the track had been damaged. I called 3 different places to come give us an estimate on how much it would cost to repair. <br /> The first guy told my parents they had to replace the entire glass doors and tracks because they "no longer made these parts" and would not be able to repair it. He quoted them approx $2,000 to replace everything. The second guy came in and said he could repair it for approx $350 but he would need to run to the store to get the parts necessary to fix it. The 3rd company, Smooth Sliders, came and told my parents they could repair it for $260. They had all the materials they needed in their truck and would be able to repair it that same day, which they did. It took them approx 2 hours - they replaced the track which was bent and replaced the wheels on the glass doors. The doors now open and close easily. <br /> Smooth Sliders did a great job and the price was very reasonable. I would highly recommend them. <br />
