Happy with the quality of the wood dloor installed, but I could not speak with his workers, and he only came to at the end to inspect it.

I set up an appointment with Tony. He was on time and was very informative about everything that his team was going to do to install our wood flooring. I felt that he was very confident and we decided to have Ariel Builders do the job. The crew showed up on time and was very hardworking. The job was completed in 2 days. My husband and I were very pleased with the results. It came out beautiful.

I have beautiful new hardwood floors and stairs. They did a great job and Tony was always there to address any concerns I might of had. Overall I am very happy with my experience with them and love my new floors.

They did our floors that were very badly damaged floors, had several stains, everything was repaired and looked like new in a 60's house. They didnt want any money down first, am giving them a check today and price was fair. Am located in woodland hills

High pressure sales. The workers were very polite and extremely clean and thoughtful in their clean up. There were a few issues after the job was complete but the owner sent back the workers to correct everything. Though I do not hold the owner responsible for my decision on the type of wood I chose I think a better selection, and perhaps better advice would have been warranted. The type of wood seems to dent rather easily and dirt, smudges etc shows quite a bit. Perhaps this is more my fault in not doing more research in types of wood. I relied on their expertise a big too much. Over all a very good experience.

Ariel Builders are a great company to work with. Tony understood my budget and concern to repair and protect my floor and told me exactly what they would do. The guys showed up on time, protected my kitchen from dust and got right to work. I left the house in their hands for 2 days. When I returned, the floors were beautiful and there was not any dust anywhere. Overall, a great job.

My experience with Ariel Builders was a long and very frustrating experience. Although the contractor in charge, Kobe, was very friendly and cooperative, the workers themselves did not perform to the skill level and degree of precision that I require to be satisfied in my own home. A large percentage of the time was spent redoing and repairing previous day's work done on plastering, tiling, painting and plumbing. I know that not every aspect of a total remodel goes smoothly, but this job had far too many days when the phrase "Don't worry, we can fix that and make you happy" was used. The final tile work looks good, the electrical work was good, the painting was not adequate and I redid it myself, and the plumbing and fixture hookups are still not done and I will do them myself later.

Like any project there are some mistakes but they were easily corrected. They just create a little frustration but when corrected the job was excellent.

Tony was very courteous, on time, he came with a book showing his referrals and work he's done, certificate of his insurance. The work was done in one day, and it looks beautiful. I'm very happy.

Tony was a great guy to work with. I think that sometimes there were some miscommunications between us, but overall he did a really good job. I would recommend getting a more detailed job proposal broken down by costs.

I highly recommend Ariel Builders for you hardwood flooring needs. They are very professional and kept the mess to a minimum. Great company.

The job was completed on time, the workers were excellent and Tony was always "on top" of any issues. Yes, I would have this company do any job needed in the future.

My floors had some deep stains and damage but you would never know it now. They look fantastic! The crew were very courteous, punctual and cleaned up after themselves. Once I saw the new stain swatch I realized I wanted something slightly lighter and they were able to accommodate me. They look perfect with my furniture! I chose the semi-gloss finish as opposed to the high gloss or flat. It is perfect and really shows off the beauty of the wood. Tony took time to talk to us and find out what look we were trying to achieve and his suggestions were spot on! I am very happy with the way our floors turned out.

Nice Owner, The Installers were fabulous worked very hard and had to make precision cuts for my fireplace..highly recommened, All clean up was done nicely. you need floors they are the guys! dont waste your time with the others.

Tony and his crew did a wonderful job staining and refinishing our hardwood floors. They were very quick, and also installed new baseboards throughout the house. I will definitely use Ariel Builders for future jobs.

My husband & I were very happy with the outcome of the kitchen remodel plus living room wood floor. Tony is very loyal & will do everything to try to get the job done. The job was finished May 12, 2001. I would definitely recommend Ariel Builders. The cabinets were custom made & are gorgeous. The wood floor throughout is also beautiful. Great job.
