<p>Did a great job on the hardwood floors that had been used and abused before being covered with carpeting for decades. You couldn't tell it to see them now!</p> <p>The ceramic tile in the bathroom is a nice change from what was there. They recognized that the reason the existing floor was in such bad shape was that the sub-flooring needed work.</p> <p>Took the time to get all the old, broken-down padding that was adhered to the floor up, and the carpeting is holding up nicely, nothing pulling or loose.</p> <p>Nice guy to work with. Punctual, polite and communicated well what was going on at each stage of the job</p>
