I found this company on a neighborhood group and they said they did small jobs. I needed a roof patch. Not only did they do a proper repair, they addressed another issue at roof level without charging me more. I had other small repairs and Sky knocked out my “Honey do” list while Lee completed the roof repair. I was knocked out of the park by the quality of the work, the value and how quickly they got it done. I will not hesitate to use them again and highly recommended them.

Sky Sun did a great job installing locks,new door on garage,modifying existing doors so they open and close properly and miscellaneous plumbing jobs,etc.I would definitely hire him again.Thank you Sky.

Sky came over to look at the job the same day I called. He was able to complete the work over the next 2 days (much sooner than I would have expected). In addition to the original scope, he noticed a couple of loose pavers and cemented them down for no additional charge. I will hire him again.

Sky answered the phone when I called and within one or two business days, his partner came out to take a look at our project. The very next day it was completed! It was a small project, but it meant a lot to us. He used high quality materials and did excellent work. We would hire him again without any hesitation.

Sky from SNC Construction exceeded my expectations and did an excellent job. He was very polite and professional. He took time to explain to me how the project was going to progress and his anticipated time schedule. He relocked the garage door each time he went out for materials as I requested. I wish , I would have known Sky before. His promptness, professionalism and genuine desire to help people is hard to find these days. I had couple projects that needed to be handled urgently and he was the only one who to come right away. If you own a home, make sure that you Sky for future projects. You won’t be disappointed.

Truly do not have enough awesome things to say about Sky and SNC Construction! We gave them a call after seeing other great reviews and being in desperate need of a handyman. Sky came over within a couple of days, gave us some rough quotes, and started working on our projects just a week later. We had him help with a bunch of random stuff around the house: installing a dog door in our storm door, installing two ceiling fans, cutting/replacing/painting wood trim, hooking up our dryer, and even fixing and setting up an old rusted bird feeder. We’ll absolutely hire Sky/SNC again (and so should you)!

Sky has done work for me on three separate occasions and I will hire him over and over again. The quality of his work is excellent, he's prompt, friendly,and his estimates are very reasonable. My house is over 100 years old and working on it is never easy and I've had work done that just wasn't done very well or with respect to the house. Skies work is excellent quality and he always respects the original workmanship. The range of his work is also amazing. He has fixed the stairs in my home that were becoming very creaky and a few were getting loose and they are very solid now and the original workmanship continues. He's put up a cast iron gazebo in my yard, installed a dishwasher and a toilet in terms of plumbing. And helped on a couple of my electrical outlets. I really feel that this review is not saying enough about Sky's work but I encourage folks looking for war a handyman to hire Sky.

SNC construction did an excellent job and far exceeded my expectations! The men who came over were professional, polite, well-mannered, caring, careful, and thorough. They did not exceed the price they quoted me while tackling additional problems expertly. As they maneuvered about my house, they showed great respect and took care to ensure no marks were made, or dirt/debris was left. Actually, they left each area where they worked upon cleaner than it was before they came! They will be my number one go to company, if I need their services again.

SNC was able to come out quickly to repair a kitchen sink that had fallen away from its glue. He went the extra mile to make sure it was well glued and braced so that it would not happen again. Was extremely thorough in setting up and cleaning up afterward. Excellent service.

He is very kindly and flexible, and think about what customer thinking. He did very good job on my Vinyl flooring installation. He is very professional and knowledgeable not only on vinyl installation, but also on handyman work. He also help me with other small projects. The price is reasonable.

I was visiting MPLS from a different city to help a relative who now needs assistance. With many tasks to do, and very limited time to accomplish them all, I needed a handrail installed. It quickly became apparent that I didn’t have the time to do it myself. My time in the city was rapidly coming to an end. I bought the handrail, and the support brackets, but didn’t have the proper tools to do the project. I went to the Angi website to find a handyman to do the project. I read, and liked the reviews for SNC Construction. I contacted them, and quickly heard back from Sky. He gave me a very reasonable quote. Within two days he was at the house. In less than 2 hours, he had it installed. He sent me two pictures. It looks fantastic. I am so happy I chose SNC Construction. It was a great experience from beginning to end. I’m sure some contractors/handymen don’t get back to potential customers as promptly as Sky did. For me, that was extremely important because I needed the handrail done asap to keep my relative safe. Most importantly the handrail is secure. And it looks great. A job very well done!

Sky was awesome! He answered my email within 10 minutes. Provided quote over text, offered great quote. Scheduled work the next day. Sky arrived on time, started right away on installing the new toilet. Started replacing my bathroom fan and told me I bought the wrong size. He said don’t worry I’ll go and get the right sized one. Wow! What service as I was working from home. He texted me a picture of a fan with a light and gave him a hands up. Got back to my place and seems like in no time the fan was in! He saw that I had not caulked the floor area and offered to do it. No extra charge. Sky says he does all kinds of repairs! I told him I need to make a list and get a quote. He was very friendly and definitely knew what he was doing! Need any work done, call or text Sky! Went above and beyond in my opinion with far pricing!

Sky came to our house to look at a partially fallen gutter and was able to remove it on the same day even though it was bitterly cold out. He was very prompt and professional. We would definitely hire him again.
