"We do apologize that we had to reschedule on the first day. Things do happen and rescheduling is the only option we had. However I would like to say that I did contact you before hand and let you know. As far as being late the second day I apologize you have that impression as we do go to the dump and get material befor we show up to a job this allows up to not leave once we get there and better allows us time to work. As far as you being unsatisfied with the work that was complete i apologize for this as well we strive to meet our customers expectations and am unhappy we were not able to do so. This is the reason we do final walk through sat the end of the job as we did at your property. This allows the customer to give us and discretionary thoughts or ideas that we may be on different pages and gives us an opportunity to fix the misunderstanding. "To clear the air. My name is Stephen Scott. I have went by my middle name my whole life untill I started a business and everything done from a business standpoint has to be done as Stephen so the disrespectful comment of whom ever I want to be today just paints the picture a little of what we are dealing with here Thank you for your feedback however grass is not like carpet and takes time for the seams to grow together and the grass to root. Your yard is beautiful and I wish you wound have put pictures I cannot figure out how to do so or maybe I cannot put pics on this response however I will be putting pictures of your yard on my Angie’s list so that anyone can see and to show off my work. I have never admitted to buying cheaper grass as they don’t have cheap zoysia and expensive zoysia. Buying grass is not done like a bargain it was all bought from king ranch sod farms and I have receipts if needed. I changed the quote many times because [Member Name Removed] continued to want to pay less and pay less and pay less all the while trying to get me to still do the entire job. I installed 6 new zones of irrigation because your had a pool installed and that is the irrigation that was messed up I gave him an estimate to put a whole new system in but he chose not to do so therefor I only fixed what I was paid for. The leaky valve is because the delivery man from the sod company hit it with the tractor that unloads the sod but we were just there again Thursday and fixed the valve. I have done many jobs for both of you and even have good reviews from the jobs that I have down for you Unfortunately in this instance your expecting something that isn’t possible and I have tried to explain that to you I have given your husband numbers of several different sod farms so that he could call them and ask them if sod is like carpet or do you have to actually wait a few months for the seams to fill and the grass to get rooted once you lay the sod However he had refused. I cannot fix something that isn’t broke if I could I would but sod doesn’t work like that. I cannot snap my fingers and have the grass rooted together. The craziest thing is that your entire yard looks beautiful. I wish you all the best and thank you for the opportunity."
