Went well! I will hire them again. After they pulled the damaged plants out, they advised me on new plants that would work best. Their choices were better than the plants that went in the first time. They also patched up my lawn with new sod as needed and did some masonry work around my fire pit and added rocks instead of mulch. They were able to squeeze me in with another job in my area. I was grateful for that because Spring was coming and everyone was extremely busy. These guys practically work around the job to all the work done as promised.

SNL completed the work on time and within the estimate provided. SNL provided excellent workmanship and will use them again if my wife and I accomplish additional landscaping work.

Irrigation system installation and support is not good. System leaks and required customer repair. General contractor did not monitor and communicate well with irrigation subcontractor. Required repeated calls to complete work after after full invoice was paid.

Service was prompt and very professional. Unlike similar companies, I did not have to wait weeks for necessary service. Admittedly, my first task was not large, but it was time-sensitive due to the limited watering opportunities forced by SAWS restrictions. I have numerous projects pending for my yard and gardens, and I'll definitely give SNL the first opportunity always to help me get those done.

I had two sprinkler heads that required pvc pipe repair. They called within minutes and were out in a couple of hours. Finished the job in 30 mins or so including discussing with me what was needed. Repair man was professional like the call manager. Highly recommend

Excellent. The Original landscaping was done about 5 years ago. This was the first major cleanup since the original installation.’ Extremely professional in all aspects. Found SNL Total Landscaping through Angie’s list. Will continue to use.

Stephen has been great to work with so far. He will be starting the project in a couple of days and he worked with me on the cost. Very pleasant to work with. Day of the job he was here on time and started right away. He and his partner worked quickly and had the job done in no time. My front yard looks fabulous. I am very pleased with his work and highly recommend them.

However I would like to say that I did contact you before hand and let you know. As far as being late the second day I apologize you have that impression as we do go to the dump and get material befor we show up to a job this allows up to not leave once we get there and better allows us time to work. As far as you being unsatisfied with the work that was complete i apologize for this as well we strive to meet our customers expectations and am unhappy we were not able to do so. This is the reason we do final walk through sat the end of the job as we did at your property. This allows the customer to give us and discretionary thoughts or ideas that we may be on different pages and gives us an opportunity to fix the misunderstanding. I wish that your concern was mentioned to us at the final walkthrough as we would have done what we could have to meet your expectations. I do wish you and your family the best. Thank youb"

Stephen and his crew arrived promptly and began working tirelessly on my project. Although it did run a few days over simply because my irrigation system was a mess, Stephen worked over the weekend to ensure it got done right and didn't leave until I was 100% satisfied with all of the work. His knowledge and attention to detail are great, and his prices seem quite fair. I will definitely hire him again.

Stephen is extremely responsive from quoting the project to actually providing the services. He did a great job with our landscape design and provided all of the necessary information for HOA approval. He generally provided a quote within the same day; we had him quote our project in phases, although we did end up doing all of the work at the same time. Stephen went to great lengths to successfully complete our project on time. We have been in communication with him since completion, as we are considering hiring him to do additional work; each time we contact Stephen, he responses within a very short period of time (even when out of town) and he follows through on what he says he will do. He's also very professional and respectful, as were the crews he had working on our project for an entire week. All in all, a very good experience and we wouldn't hesitate to recommend his services.

I am extremely pleased with all the work that was done. My back yard was previously almost all mud due to drainage issues and loss of sod due to too much shade from the tree canopy. I selected SNL Total Landscapes after reading their reviews on Angie's List. They had many satisfied customers for projects ranging from $125 to $18,000, so I was very comfortable that they could successfully complete my project. I also didn't want to have to work with 3 or more different companies to get my trees trimmed, sprinkler system redone, the rock, the sod and all the new landscaping. SNL took care of everything for me, and their pricing was reasonable for what was done and the overall quality of their work. The owner (Stephen Scott Jones) listened to me explain what I was wanting done and then he made great suggestions for the landscaping areas added new on this project. Every day the crews cleaned up the entire yard before they left, even when they were coming back the next day. All of the crews were professional and pleasant. I highly recommend Stephen Scott Jones and SNL Landscaping for any size or type of project.

Horrible company. My husband paid Scott or Steve or whatever name he is going by today 14000.00 to install an irrigation system and re sod our property with zoysia. The quote changed many times. We originally asked him just to re sod the rear of the home and one side. He kept insisting and pressuring my husband to do the entire yard. He finally agreed. SNL purchased cheaper sod to do my ft yard and he admits this but states in several months it should fill in and be ok. WHAT ? Our back yard looks amazing yet the ft yard may look good in several months ? He reused many parts of our irrigation system including an old valve that continues to leak. He refuses to correct his work and accuses my husband of being unprofessional and harassing him. Stay away from this company at all costs. He could care less about satisfying his customers.

I have went by my middle name my whole life untill I started a business and everything done from a business standpoint has to be done as Stephen so the disrespectful comment of whom ever I want to be today just paints the picture a little of what we are dealing with here Thank you for your feedback however grass is not like carpet and takes time for the seams to grow together and the grass to root. Your yard is beautiful and I wish you wound have put pictures I cannot figure out how to do so or maybe I cannot put pics on this response however I will be putting pictures of your yard on my Angie’s list so that anyone can see and to show off my work. I have never admitted to buying cheaper grass as they don’t have cheap zoysia and expensive zoysia. Buying grass is not done like a bargain it was all bought from king ranch sod farms and I have receipts if needed. I changed the quote many times because [Member Name Removed] continued to want to pay less and pay less and pay less all the while trying to get me to still do the entire job. I installed 6 new zones of irrigation because your had a pool installed and that is the irrigation that was messed up I gave him an estimate to put a whole new system in but he chose not to do so therefor I only fixed what I was paid for. The leaky valve is because the delivery man from the sod company hit it with the tractor that unloads the sod but we were just there again Thursday and fixed the valve. I have done many jobs for both of you and even have good reviews from the jobs that I have down for you Unfortunately in this instance your expecting something that isn’t possible and I have tried to explain that to you I have given your husband numbers of several different sod farms so that he could call them and ask them if sod is like carpet or do you have to actually wait a few months for the seams to fill and the grass to get rooted once you lay the sod However he had refused. I cannot fix something that isn’t broke if I could I would but sod doesn’t work like that. I cannot snap my fingers and have the grass rooted together. The craziest thing is that your entire yard looks beautiful. I wish you all the best and thank you for the opportunity."
