About us
Snyder's Home Services, has been in business since 2001. We take great pride in ensuring our customers are satisfied. Recently we purchased design software so that we can supply drawings to our customers as needed from quoting to permitting. This has opened up a new set of doors for us in the design and build arena. Over the years we have evolved into bathrooms and basements as our expertise. This is not to say we cannot build an addition or a porch, which we do on occasion. "This project is by far the largest project we have worked on. Total project duration was 6 months. Complete remodel in basement including new poured concrete floor, approx 1800 sq ft basement size. Added egress windows, bedroom, full bath, utility room, and a large shop for their hobbies. Also a complete remodel of upstairs master bathroom and closet. Many problems arose along the way. The master bath and closet are beautiful."

I hired Greg Snyder to demo and replace drywall in entire front entry, drywall ceiling in living room and replace woodwork in both rooms. I found both he and his brother very easy to work with and negotiate with. I was extremely happy with the finished project ! The rooms are transformed. I will definately hire Greg for future home repair, renovations. He gave me a very good price he said because it was winter...get your projects done now !

Greg and crew did an excellent job remodeling our bathroom. Greg came up with an imaginative plan to begin with, then carried it out over about 6 weeks, always keeping us informed. He thought of neat details that enhanced the looks of the finished product. The end product is beautiful and far exceeds expectations. I never had any doubts about the crew�s integrity, thoroughness, or commitment. Because of their attention to detail, he found a potentially dangerous structural defect, and a pipe that had been leaking for years. Overall I would definitely hire him again.

Gregory was quick to respond to my request for a quote on remodeling our main bathroom. His quick response, courteous attitude and competitive price won him the job. He kept me informed and made sure we agreed what was wanted. With 3 grandchildren living with me, I really appreciated that the worksite was always neat. At end of day workday, the work was left clean with equipment secured. From many years experience, I can vouch for the professional quality of the work. Also, when the inevitable problems arose, Gregory kept the solutions within budget. Now I have a beautiful new bathroom. Gregory earned every star.

Greg came quickly after I put my request into Sevicemagic to insulate and install drywall in our basement. He described in detail what he would do. He made suggestions to improve on the plans we had. He gave us a very reasonable quote. We hired him to do the job based on his very good ratings. He came with his crew and worked full time for almost three days and completed the job. The finished work is of very high quality. He left the basement clean. Now the basement is warm and an inviting place to go this season and a nice place for children to play.

Greg did a near complete gut and remodel of our bathroom. He met with us beforehand to discuss our needs and budget. He was courteous and really worked hard to make sure we were satisfied. He came in about on-budget. He was able to do tiling, installation of acrylic two piece tub, and plumbing. The only issues we had was that he needed to follow through a lot more on detail work, such as grouting and if he could be a tad more careful with the dirt tracked in while he worked. All that being said I would definitely hire him again.

When items arise which they always do, we are very attentive to our customers concerns and address them as required. Greg and his coworker Dave did an excellent job. Once the job began they were there every day and did not disappear for days on end like many contractors do. They were both very friendly and receptive to changes and suggestions. They also straightened and cleaned up on a daily basis. They really care about their work and it is evident in the results.

"I'm not disagreeing with the customer on his comments, but we do multiple walk-thrus as well as a final. If an issue is brought up we address it then and there. I count on the customer to express their concerns in a timely manner."

While he came back when I asked to fix certain items I still ended up having to do some of the finishing myself. All that being said I would definitely hire Greg again. He's honest, hardworking & dependable.

In finishing our basement, Greg Snyder worked with us with the highest professionalism one does not commonly get in his business. The workmanship of his team is top notch. He delivered exactly what we agreed upon and on schedule. The professionalism, courtesy and cleanliness of his work area is very admirable and reflects in his work. Greg worked with us to schedule the project at a time that was convenient to us. He took the time to talk with us and completely understand what we wanted before he got started. He clearly stated the cost and finished the job within his estimate. He started and finished on schedule and was very courteous and polite. The work they did was very professional and accurate and the work area was left clean. One thing I would have liked would be a little more communication and daily updates on the progress. But overall I was happy with the result and glad I had them do the work for me. I will hire them again in the future.

Greg and his crew provided great carpentrty and plumbing which ended in a beautiful 360 square foot space my family will now enjoy and an added bathroom that envolved many obsticles for Greg. I won't hesitate to use him again. He was very thorough and worked hard not only to make my extra room look good but also waterproof it and insulate it to the extent that my room in the basement is now the warmest room in the house!

My wife and I were very pleased overall with Greg Snyder and his crew. They worked hard and efficiently to meet our hardfast moving deadline. The end result was newly drywalled ceilings and walls throughout our house which were now ready to be painted. Greg kept us updated on their progress and when there were any delays or setbacks. He also worked with us to negotiate a fair price for the work, that met both his and our budgets. There was some followup cleanup work to be done by us when they finished, but we accepted this as the result of the tight deadline, which they met.
