Communicated very well set up an appointment that worked for both since it was not an emergency. John arrived on time explained what would go on and what could go on since valves have been on 30 yrs. He was able to fix exactly the problem with precision and charged a fair price. I was very happy with the outcome and would not hesitate to call him again. He fixed in 2 hours what would of taken me all day and 3 trips to Lowe’s.
