I had one problem. When they arrived and inspected my fireplace and chimney they started quoting a fee of $149.00. I said your informed me that to clean and inspect was $89.00. What Sean was trying to inform me was they have to levels of cleaning the $89.00 and the $149.00. Once that was cleared I hired them for the $89.00 service.
