Plz read full review for details: Did good quality workmanship on paver restoration in Aug 2025. Showed up on time and were courteous & hardworking. Some spots required re-sanding which NJ came out to do. However, after job was done and paid in full, we discovered there was damage done to our spa pavers and called the next day. We were informed that they realized the damage, but never said anything direct back to us until we called.They owned repairing the damage. An attempt was done to fix themselves with calking, but that was not acceptable and they agreed to get a subcon out to repair it properly. Several calls later both to owner and subcon, we have no response, a few no shows on scheduled dates, and the repair has not been completed almost 4 mo?s later. Now we are out of pocket to fix the damage ourselves, after paying in full $5700+ for the paverwork. Not a professional way of handling a damage claim which they should be insured for.

NJ and his associate did another fantastic job on our windows. Found them last year on Facebook and hired them. Cleaned the screens and tracks too. Will using them again to have them clean our vinyl fencing. Extremely affordable and great results.

NJ and associate did an excellent job bringing our dirty windows back to sparkling clean. Very responsive and did work as promised in a professional manner. Highly recommend this young man and his company!

I had Soft Knight come out to clean my windows, inside and out. I live in a 3 level townhouse so they were pretty dirty,. NJ was punctual, efficient and did a great job....I would definitely refer him and will have him pressure clean house in the fall.

They were better than expected. They were professional and very personable. I will be using them for my future outdoor cleaning projects.
