It was good. He was very good at communicating on what he was gonna do and how much the charges was. He showed up on time. He cleaned up after he left. I hadn't any in issue with the window tint.

House faces southwest and gets full sun all day. The tint significantly reduced the room temperature and is much more comfortable. Did 11 windows, should have done it years ago. Install was fast, clean and polite.
