Robert was called on Monday, he was out there and problem solved by noon the next day. He is very nice and has a terrific work ethic. The company I previously used who installed recent panels would not come out and would not recommend anyone. That was Roark Solar. Very happy with Robert at Platinum pools. He also installed a pool heater for me and was quite reasonable. Use this company and you will be very pleased. I am picky but I am pleased with this company!

I am in a wheelchair and they positioned the 3way control valve for the solar where I could reach it on my wheelchair. I Believe they went above what was expected of them. I would definitely recommend Platinum solar . They were also price competitive
