It went great, he came to my property the next day after I called him and got the job done in about 45 minutes. He was professional and prompt.

This guy calls himself a professional: however he is not. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR THERE! Never mind the poor tinting job with cut corners and inch multiple long marks that never went away. This awful human cut on my car. When doing the rear windshield; cutting the tint on the outside of the car, he cut my rear window several thousands deep and you can't get that out. There are cut marks all the way around the rear windshield. I made him take his poor job off my car and he managed to cut on the rubber around the glass to. In a nut shell: DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR THERE

It did not go well. Every window has an air bubble on it. There is hair in the tint. There was a place where the tint folded on itself. Out of all of the windows, two had to be completely redone. He said that he would try to fix the other windows, but the two that were replaced had to be redone. We had to call them from a different phone line for them to answer back about the issues with the tinted windows. When we brought that to his attention, he told me that he was just really busy and sometimes and sometimes cannot answer phone calls. We left messages, and he never returned the call.

Owner Mike Purnell came out to my house because I had two vehicles to tint . I found him to be very customer oriented and his qualiity on the job was superb.

Prompt response, quote, and work done. For the windows that had some distortion and bubbling six months later, they replace the tinting.

The owner of the company told me a price over the phone, then I get to his business and he tells me a different price. The work was complete with air bubbles on almost all of my windows, with a few scrapes. I confronted him about it. He said they would go away. 2 weeks later, windows are still bad. I call the owner to set up a time to get them fixed, but he did not show up for our appointment. I have called this company several times since, and 4 months later, my windows are peeling off with air bubbles everywhere. I would not recommend this company based on my experience and the fact they do not take pride in satisfying his customers. They're a bad business with bad service and way over-priced.

The man that came out to do the work was very difficult to deal with. After they applied the tent I could see a cloudy film on all of the windows. I called them to come and look at the windows and they removed the tent and the film went away. They tried telling me that it was my windows making the cloudy film but when they put the tent back on it came right back. They gave me a guarantee but they have refused to fix the problems and won't give me my money back! I would not recommend them to anyone!

"We have already attempted to resolve the dispute with this member. We believe that the member would not and will not be satisfied with anything given her responses to our explanation of the problem with the windows. We tried to show her by re-tinting a window in her home with film from a brand new box on the day that we came back out to her home to resolve the initial complaint. The same problem existed after application of the second piece of film. This problem is due to the glass and not the film. We have no control of the condition, quality or appearance of the glass. We were responsive to her complaint and have made every effort to resolve this matter with her. She verbally assaulted us and as a result we were forced to leave her home. Our position is that a request for a partial refund is not only ridiculous but also leads one to believe that it is not a matter of dissatisfaction with product or workmanship but rather possible buyer's remorse and/or bad attitude. Mike Purnell came out to my place of business and tinted the windows on my car. He was prompt and polite and my windows were tinted within an hour! They look amazing, too! I would highly recommend Solar Control to anyone looking for a quality job.

They came out and did the tinting quite quickly from the time we originally contacted them. Some of the windows had flaws in the tinting material, and they've come out and repaired the affected windows. There are still a few to be wrapped up, but we love the new consistency in temperature that the tinting has given our home. I know the tinting will keep our furniture and piano from bleaching out from sun exposure. We're thrilled that we contacted them to begin with and we'd do it again, and probably will!!
