Fast and efficient! Once we signed forms, a week later the work has started. This is the 3rd company we worked with and they couldn't get started for one reason or another. We're very pleased with the process.

They installed a system that is way smaller than recommended for our needs!!! Corp office will not return calls or meet.... management refuses to do anything about it!!!! They just keep passing the buck and no one does anything resolve issues! We were promised a system that would produce enough energy that we should not have an additional electric bill. . Our most recent bill was $368.... After research they should have installed at least an additional 20 panels to meet the amount of electricity we told them we needed. They got our permit form the city back in March 2020 and never completed all of the City of Midlothian requirements so we still do not even have complete approval from the City. They said they would send someone to complete the City requirements, but now they will not respond at all. When we signed up we were told we would receive a $5000 rebate, later they changed and said it ws only $3000 which was disappointing enough, but I have contracted them 10+ times and was told the first few times that we would still be receiving the rebate check soon... it has been almost 1 year and still no rebate, This company and their customer service is just one BIG DISASTER AFTER ANOTHER! Even the reviews on their own website only rate them 2.4 out of 5....

VERY displeased. But first, two pros if you really wanna go through with them... 1. You don’t pay for the solar panels at all until a year later. Solergy gives you one year free. 2. If you reference someone and they end up buying panels through this company, you get $500 that you can use towards your own solar panels (to pay off sooner) or whatever you want. My issue though... When I signed up in March 2020, I was promised a $3,000 check after having my solar panels activated for 90 days. It’s January 2021 and I still have not received it. I’ve called multiple times and sent emails, nothing. I’ve been told the coronavirus excuse and keep getting told that it’ll arrive in the mail soon. ? The reason I’m so obsessed with this check is because the Energy Consultant that helped me, Chris King, gave me a monthly quote after the $3,000 check has been applied. A low monthly cost under $200 for the panels. Without that check my monthly cost for the panels is $280. Oh and don’t be fooled, you’ll still get an electricity bill. The last electricity bill I got was $269.39! ? Imagine how much more I’m gonna have to pay monthly when I start paying for the solar panels? This company’s energy consultants DO NOT give out the correct expectations. They also hardly ever answer the phone. I’ve requested for an appointment on their website and they never reach out to me. Their communication is HORRIBLE. Once they get their paycheck you no longer exist to them. Go find another solar panel company. This one is horrible and I’m so upset that I’m stuck with them for the next coming years until these panels are paid off.

Solergy was amazing!!!!!!!!. I have a large lot with multiple structures on it. They were able to build me a custom solar system on both of my structures and wow does it look amazing. The black on black panels they use are so modern and sleek all of my friends ask me where I got such a cool looking solar system. The whole process was seamless and they handled everything. Victoria their project manager was amazing through the whole process and I would 100% recommend this company. Great Job Solergy keep up the amazing work.

THE INSTALLATION HAPPEN QUICKLY AND CORRECTLY. THEN WE HAD TO WAIT FOR PERMISSION TO OPERATE FROM THE ELECTRIC UTILITY COMPANY..THE JOB IS NOW COMPLETE AND SYSTEM IS ON.

After some heartfelt discussion, our miscommunications were rectified and we now have a solar system that is producing excess electricity, and the EnPhase monitoring system is top-notch! The staff at Solergy is always pleasant, respectful, and always works diligently within their roles. Roderick is very smart and has fulfilled his commitments. Based upon referrals from friends and our satisfaction with our solar installation we can recommend Solergy for a home solar power system.

It went well! Still waiting on the reimbursement for the cancellation fees. And still haven’t received the $3,000 rebate I was promised. :(

Very professional service came and installed the solar panels right away and produced just as they said I always have a 0$ bill on my TXU account as a matter of fact they credit my account every month for the excess energy , very good investment also Tim our sales agent is very friendly and always responds to my questions great honest company !

Roderick Ford is a scammer. He has stolen the name of a reputable Solar company and is doing business as them in the Texas/Oklahoma area. He billed us for a system that is not actually what he had installed. He sold us a 12.6 kWh system and installed a 10.7 kWh system. There is no support from Solergy or Enphase. You have no clue of the manufacturer of the panels or inverters that were installed which means no warranty at all. Steer very clear of this company as lawsuits are headed their way at an extremely high rate of speed. The city and state are after him as well for fraud and a long list of other items of not pulling permits, etc along with violations of the state's laws requiring licenses for solar-energy system installation.

I initially contacted three separate companies about solar panel installation. Solergy is the only one who seemed interested in my business and called me back right away to schedule a consultation. Roderick, the Sales Rep, was able to set up an appointment for the following day. When he arrived, he was very professional and courteous. He explained thoroughly the benefits of having solar panels, the type of superior quality solar panels they install (with individual micro-inverters for each panel) (all with a 25-year warranty), the cost, rebates, and tax incentives involved, and the typical installation process... from local permitting (including submissions to our local HOA), to the physical installation of the panels. By the time he left, I felt my wife and I had all the information we needed to make a decision on how we were going to proceed. Our biggest debate was how big a system we wanted to put on our roof, but Roderick was patient with us while we discussed our options. We felt no pressure to rush things. He gave us the time we needed to make the best decision for our needs and intended purpose for the system. I appreciated that. On the day before installation day, they dropped off the pallets of panels and other hardware. I recommend having an area cleared in your garage or carport for when they drop it off to keep the items secure and the boxes from getting wet and soggy if it happens to rain in your area overnight. They worked quickly and efficiently on installation day, and had the complete system installed on my house in one full day. They got there at 7:30 in the morning, and they were done by 4-5 p.m. that afternoon. The crew was friendly and courteous, and answered all my questions about the installation as the day progressed. I was happy and satisfied with the installation, and it looked professionally done. A day or so later, they provided a system monitoring app I could use to monitor the health of my system, showing information from each individual panel, an overview, and a really cool feature, where you put in the price you’re currently paying (per kilowatt hour) for energy, and it will tell you the equivalent amount you are saving by having the system installed. All real-time information. I think it’s pretty cool. Overall, I think they did an excellent job, from the first inquiry to the follow-up visit and calls during and after the installation. I would and will be recommending them to all my local family, friends, and neighbors. If you like this review, let them know that Don Jones in Haslet, Texas sent you. Solergy installed a solar panel system for our four bedroom house. Roderick presented clearly using our electric bills from the past year why getting the solar system was the right choice. Once we decided to go ahead Roderick got our install scheduled and remained helpful throughout the entire job. When we had questions he responded very quickly with answers. The installers arrived as scheduled and did the job well. The system is working as promised. Everyone from Solergy were professionals and a pleasure to have work for us. I highly recommend them.

The approval and install process was simple. We had a couple of issues where the panels were not working but the company resolved the issue and we did not have to worry about paying for anything additional.

My representative was great... He helped me to understand the solar system, the process of the install and cost. He communicated well throught the entire process by calling and emailing me to keep me informed about when my system would be installed and answered any questions I had filling out paperwork for the contract. He also checked up with me to see if the install was done to my satisfaction and explained how to track my energy consumption from the panels by installing the app on my phone. The representative was professional and I would highly recommend Solergy. Now I'm excited to see how much I will save on electricity!
