I hired James after multiple conversations. I needed a quote for budgeting to include my tax return $$. I hired him after multiple conversations. He convinced me he was excited to do this job since they'd never done anything like it before and he thought it would be fun. I hired him to install 260' of fence. Because James and I had an agreement, in anticipation of being ready and waiting come Spring, my neighbor and I had an 8 foot silver maple stump removed that sat on our property line and the fence butted up to on either side. The tree came down. To keep our various pets contained, I propped up some lattice panels across the gap. A windstorm collapsed them and another panel of the standing fence. I made several more attempts, nothing worked. I finally asked James if he could secure the gap somehow, nothing fancy, to get us through the winter. 3 weeks later I haven't heard back from him. I have a huge mess on my hands and he apparently couldn't care less.

We are very pleased with James and Sean on their quick response to any issues with our fencing needs. They came and replaced a couple pickets. Always there if we have questions
